âââ THE EVERGREEN SUITE âââ
This two-floor suite is our home so it is full of personal touches and loving details for you to enjoy. We love to open it to guests when we are out of town. Our favorite spot is the roof deck with gorgeous ocean sunset & snow-capped mountain views.
Mindfulness is our core value and we brought that practice to the whole process of setting up the home. We chose materials that are eco-friendly and free of harmful chemicals. We are thoughtful about our impact on our and our guests' health and safety, our neighbors, the environment, and the city of Seattle.
You will be renting the top two floors of a three-floor brand new, modern townhouse.
✠The main entrance to the property is shared with other guests renting rooms on the first floor. You will access the private suite via a keypad-locked door at the top of the second floor.

âż FULL KITCHEN with oven, gas stovetop, microwave, coffee maker (coffee pods provided), a good selection of tea, ice, filtered water, cooking essentials (pots, pans, oils, salt/pepper, spices, dishes, utensils, and many more).
âż ROOFTOP DECK with bar-height table, chairs and hammock. Beautiful views of the bay and snow-capped mountains on the Olympic peninsula. A wonderful spot to enjoy.
âż YOUR BATHROOM AWAY FROM HOME with towels, washcloths, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and linens are all provided, as well as, ear plugs, q-tips and cotton facial pads.

Literally one block away from restaurants, bars, coffee shops, spa, yoga/gym, live music, bike shop (rent a bike & you're at Alki Beach in 5-10 min!).
Even better, four grocery stores within 5 min walk (Safeway, QFC, Whole Foods & Trader Joeâs) and lots of cute shops at your doorstep.
There is a Farmerâs market every Sunday, just a block away on California Ave. It is a wonderful opportunity to purchase delicious local treats and goods. Additionally, there is an art walk every 2nd Thursday of the month.
âââ FREE STREET PARKING âââ
There is plenty of street parking. Although immediately on the block of the property it is restricted to 2hrs between 7am - 6pm except Sundays and Holidays.
One block away there are no restrictions and it is very easy to get parking. Additionally, if you prefer there are paid parking lots nearby but free street parking is plentiful and close by so that is recommended. A handy map is included in the check-in instructions to help guide you with this.
âââ LOTS OF PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION OPTIONS âââ
âą To downtown Seattle: Thereâs a rapid transit bus stop 4 min walk from us, where it can get you there in about 20 mins.
âą To Alki beach: Electric scooters abound on California Ave. You can rent them using your phone. This is one of our favorite ways to explore the area and can get you to Alki beach and the coast in 5-10mins. Otherwise, it is a 5 min drive or 10 min bike ride.
âââ NO-SWEAT SELF CHECK-IN âââ
Seamless self-check-in with keyless entry, so you can easily come and go as you please. After booking you will receive an email with door codes.
âââ ACCESSIBILITY âââ
There is a path that is gently sloped downward from the street to the property and three small steps with a handrail to get to the front door. Once you are in, there are three separate floors with stairways.
