This breathtaking 4-bedroom duplex offers the ultimate in luxury living, with expansive views of a serene canal. Located in an exclusive waterfront community, the home combines modern elegance and comfort, perfect for both family living and entertaining. Just a short walk, bike ride, or drive to Sombrero Beach, named one of the top 25 beaches in America.

This elevated duplex home is set on stilts, with the first level dedicated to outdoor amenities. It features abundant seating around a large flat-screen TV, perfect for watching the game or a show while grilling your fresh catch poolside on the provided gas grill. There are also 4 bicycles available to you, perfect for a ride down to Sombrero Beach or the nearby grocery plaza.
The property includes 26 feet of deep-water docking, with a fish cleaning table for preparing your catch . There's plenty of room for outdoor activities and relaxation.
The fully fenced yard is ideal for pets to enjoy paradise alongside you.
2nd Level of the Duplex Home:
The second level, which serves as the main living area, features a spacious living room, a large kitchen perfect for meal preparation, and a dining area where you can enjoy your meals.
This level also includes Bedroom 2, furnished with a king-size bed, and provides access to a full bathroom conveniently located near the kitchen. Additionally, a laundry area is available for your convenience, and the deck offers a great spot to relax and enjoy the outdoors.
3rd Level of the Duplex Home:
The third level features 3 additional bedrooms offering a variety of bed accommodations, with all except the bunk bedroom including Smart TV's. The master suite includes a King-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with double vanity. The other two bedrooms consist of a queen bed and twin-over-twin bunk bed.

This home has a maximum occupancy of 10 guests however we do have additional guest fees for parties over 8 in the amount of $15+ tax/night per each additional guest. This includes children and infants.
••• Rentals are Saturday - Saturday during Peak and Holiday season, 7-night minimum.
••• If you plan on docking a boat, ensure to verify first that your boat will be able to dock appropriately. Should you notice a boat lift, be advised that it is not for guest use.
••• This home is pet friendly with a non-refundable pet fee of $250+ tax per pet, per week. We regret to inform that we cannot accommodate cats.
