Cozy log home accommodations where adventure awaits. Large parking area for your snowmobile or ATV trailers. Lodging is in this small bedroom community town and two blocks from Trail of the CDA bicycle path, 6 miles from Lookout Ski area, minutes from ATV trails, bicycle trails, hiking, fishing and exploring. There is a nice convenience store to grab items you may have forgotten and a bar and grill a few blocks away. Full grocery store is six miles in Wallace.
We loved the cabin. It was clean and cozy. Perfect for our group. The town of Mullan is very quiet and friendly. For such a small town they put on one heck of a fireworks show. So fun to sit outside on the balcony and be eye level with the fireworks. The only down side is that the floor and upstairs beds creek badly, and the kitchen knives are as dull as heck. May need to invest in a knife sharpener. And there is only enough seating for 3 people. That being said we would definitely stay again. It was perfect for us three.
Second time this year to stay in the cabin and my family loves it! Can't wait for ski season next year to come back and stay again! Definitely 5 stars, I'd go 10 stars if I could!
We LOVED our stay at the cabin. Sarah was wonderful to work with. The area was SO beautiful. The cabin was the perfect place to come back to each night.
The property was so well stocked and maintained. The cabin was comfy and had all the necessities plus extras that you often forget when traveling. We absolutely loved our stay and would 10/10 recommend.
The house is new and nicely appointed with a lot of good things but a few major issues, especially if you are older or overweight. There are 2 entrances but you can only enter anytime after you leave by going up two flights of steps. There is a keypad but it is on the wrong door. It should be in the door in the back where you park and do not have to climb steps. There is no TV in the bedroom or the loft, only in the living room. But the biggest issue is the bathroom. The bathroom is nice size but the shower is tiny and there was plenty of room to make it bigger. If you come in the back door there is a mudroom and then you have to go THRU THE BATHROOM to get into the house! So if you are in the bathroom and someone comes over and parks in the back to avoid the stairs they canât come in until you exit the bathroom. Whoever designed this house was nuts. And as stated the shower is tiny; it could have been made larger by using half of the mud room which serves little purpose. Overall the place is nice but these are major design flaws. So only 3 stars.
The cabin was clean, well-stocked and we felt very welcome here! We stayed with two children. This is a great place for a couple or small family. It is also set up well for ski season - heated steps, places for gear, and a covered back porch.
My husband and I enjoyed our week here visiting family in Mullan. The cabin was very clean and cozy. The beds were super comfortable and having on site laundry was very handy.
We will definitely stay again!
It was a great weekend stay. With a queen master bed and 2 twins in the upstairs loft area it fit us perfectly. The log construction look really made you feel like you were in a cabin only in town. It was an easy walk to town. I would definitely recommend it and will stay there again. The communication with the owners was excellent and they provided all the information needed before and during the stay.
We rented the cabin for our adult children who traveled from out of town for our youngest daughter's graduation. It is a beautiful and clean home. Gary and Sarah are so accommodating and the property manager Ashley is very helpful. Stay here you won't be disappointed!
Everything was perfect for our stay during the Jeep Jamboree. The location was as good as we could ask for and the cabin was relaxing and enjoyable. The communication and check in made it so convenient that we couldnât ask for any better.
Bicycling the Couer dâ Alene and Hiawatha Trails
The log cabin was a perfect fit for us relative to location and the type of lodging we enjoy. We were in a quiet neighborhood close to nature only a few minutes from the hustle and bustle and fun of historic Wallace. We had easy access to the bike and hike trails we wanted to do and had a delightful time.
The cabin was clean and a perfect ending to our days skiing at Lookout Pass & Silver Mountain. Both are close to the cabin. Everything was clean and well stocked. Sarah was wonderful at communicating and Ashley made herself available to us when we got there. I would definitely recommend it & would stay again!
We came to bike the Hiawatha Trail and found this cabin close by. It became a memorable part of our weekend. It was clean, comfortable and fun. There were several special touches that made it even better. We will definitely recommend it to our friends and family along with the bike trail.
We had the best time during our stay. We stayed at this cabin while skiing at Lookout. The proximity to Lookout is perfect. It literally took us 10 minutes to get to the parking lot and within 20 minutes of leaving the cabin, we were loading onto the chairlift. The host, Ashley, is very helpful and friendly. The cabin is well appointed with the softest towels and sheets. We cozied up next to the fireplace while we sipped our coffee and watched the snowflakes fall. We will definitely be back for another stay.
After a long hot day on the road, we were pleasantly surprised to walk into the cabin that was naturally cooled by the thermodynamics of the log walls. We loved the feel of the whole cabin⊠itâs many windows to let the light through, high ceilings, cozy loft, beautiful wood floors, and a well equipped kitchen. The cabin is clean, well stocked, comfortable and efficient. The owners have thought through every possible needâŠthere was absolutely nothing I needed that wasnât already there. The neighborhood was quiet, and close to the biking trails. Sarah & Gary were easy to communicate with, and quick to respond. Our stay was a delight.
This is a friendly quiet town where everyone knows their neighbor's name. The cabin was perfect. Thoughtfully supplied. No hidden costs. The own is fantastic in terms of communication, and offering an A+ cabin rental. She was right. The Outlaw Cafe has amazing burgers. This is the crossroads to two amazing bike paths if you like to bike. There is also a patio in the back of the cabin and the trees are cherry trees with small black cherries!! I couldn't ask for a better place to stay. In fact, I've already sent pictures to my friends. Yes, this is the best place for a small group. The owners are the best too!
Hi! Gary here! As a bicycle, ATV, and skiing enthusiast I would like to share the adventure and relaxation of this mountain town and my home with as many people as possible.
This cozy cabin has a view of Mount Baldy, the "M" mountain, and downtown. You may see elk, moose, bears, and turkeys. This property has easy access and spacious parking and is located on the south edge of town. There is 100 percent walkability to downtown.
I personally like to drive my ATV from the cabin to a multitude of roads and trails. I also appreciate being able to bicycle from the cabin to the Trail of the Coeur d Alene's. This is a true and full cabin atmosphere with modern amenities located at the end of an asphalt road and the beginning of a network of adventures. This cabin is also located 6 miles from Lookout Pass Ski area and 18 miles from Silver Mtn Ski area.
