THE SPACE

Bedrooms recently remodeled with new beds and mattresses which includes 1 KING BED in the master room, 1 QUEEN BED in the second bedroom, and 1 QUEEN SOFA BED in the living room. We provide extra blankets and pillows for extra warmth and comfort.

-- BATHROOMS --
In the bathrooms, you'll find a hair dryer, make-up cloths, full sets of towels, and toiletries including shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion. Each bathroom is equipped with dimmable lights and a bidet for your comfort.

-- INCLUDED AMENITIES & SUPPLIES --
We include an initial supply of high quality tissue, paper towels, toilet paper, toiletries, and detergents. Other amenities include a laundry unit, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee pot, kettle, tea bags, creamer, sugar, Keurig with k-cups, cooking spices and spray, toaster, blender, pots/pans, silverware/dish-ware, outdoor grill, vacuum, fan in each room, space heater, in-room safe, bath and beach towels, linens, extra blankets, and TVs in all bedrooms including a 65-inch LG TV in the living room (plug in your own Firestick). Additionally, wifi access and free (covered) parking is available. Upon request in advance: playpen or highchair may be available.

GUEST ACCESS

Just outside the unit is an all-year-round heated swimming pool and hot tub along with two other nearby pools and hot tubs on the resort property. A short stroll from the Villa, you'll find the Sanderlings Restaurant & Lounge (casual fine-dining with ocean views), a children's playground, bicycle rentals, fire pits and open green space throughout the resort property.

-- SHORT WALK + DRIVE FROM RESORT --
Across the street, there's Palapas restaurant (Mexican cuisine), a local grocery store, a cafe offering breakfast and evening bites, and a few other eatery options including Village Host Pizza and Hong Kong Garden. Hop in a car and find yourself playing a round of golf at Seascape Golf Club (5-min), taking a stroll in Capitola Beach (15-min), or have an adventurous day at the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk (25-min). The resort is 42 mi from San Jose Airport; 70 mi from San Francisco Airport.

Other things to note
We hope you enjoy our piece of paradise -- newly-renovated, full ocean view villa; our home away from home! We have worked hard to create a comforting and luxurious welcome to our beach villa, located in Aptos, CA. As of Fall 2022 we've upgraded to hardwood floors, two luxurious bathrooms, all new furniture and decor, spruced up kitchen and fireplace, and added tech, including keyless entry.

Our family has been visiting Seascape Resort for over 20 years. It's been a place to relax and create memories - from milestone birthdays to the quick weekend getaways. We hope it is the same for you and your loved ones!
