Relax at our beautiful condo. Located on the beautiful Seascape beach with miles of white sand, great restaurants, golfing, Seascape Sports club with tennis, work out equipment, pickleball and much more!
This Condo includes:
On the first floor: Fully stocked kitchen with full size appliances (in case you feel like cooking) the dining area is large enough to comfortably seat 6, plus a breakfast bar with 2 bar stools, a corner gas burning fireplace to cozy up to, a comfortable queen size sofa sleeper, flat screen Smart TV, (use Aps) and free Wi-Fi access, a Blue-tooth stereo player so you can connect to Pandora or your favorite music and listen thru built in ceiling speakers. plus a new Weber BBQ. and 1/2 bath.
Peaceful Ocean view of the waves breaking on the sand from either of the two decks at this special newly remodeled 2 bedroom 2 1/2 bath Villa with fully stocked kitchen. Located on the quieter North Bluff side of Seascape Resort, remodeled with hardwood floors, 1/2 bath, new Smart tv, new fireplace on 1st floor.
Comfy, new king size mattresses. New Queen size pullout in the living room, sleeping a total of six. Cozy up next to the corner, gas fireplace after a relaxing day enjoying the many amenities this Resort and the surrounding areas have to offer. The Resort has a breathtaking luxury restaurant that is located on the bluff overlooking the ocean & beach. Leave your sliding door open to enjoy the sounds of the surf, and the soft ocean breeze.
Take a short walk down path to feel the sand between your toes at Seascape Beach. Or take a swim in the luxurious pool and hot tub. A BBQ grill is on the 1st floor balcony, 3 TV's, with DVD player and free hi-speed Wi-Fi access. Blue-tooth stereo and ceiling speakers run throughout the condo, so you can easily connect and listen to Pandora or your favorite music.
Walk to Seascape Village for a variety of food, shops and general grocery store and Restaurants.
Challenge your friends to a round of golf at the Seascape Golf Course, a PGA rated 18 hole course located just around the corner.
You also have access to the fitness facility, check with them to see the cost per day per person, paid when you check in at the fitness club.

Food service delivery from Sanderlings Restaurant is not available, nor are the beach fires provided by the Resort or cart rides to the beach. Guests are not permitted to bring pets.

Seascape condo

The condo is exactly as described and had everything we needed. It is well stocked, and I especially appreciated the extra beach towels and kitchen amenities. The location is great. The only issues we had were with the VRBO site itself, which was glitchy, showed different/inaccurate pricing consistently, and was just a pain to deal with. The owner was great to work with.

Great location, quieter side of the resort.

Very spacious unit with water views, and nature views as well. Unit was extremely clean, well appointed and supplied and the owner is extremely responsive and helpful. Two ways to the beach, my husband preferred the more rigorous path near the unit and I preferred the more gentle cart path near the restaurant only a short walk away.Would definitely return.

We had an excellent stay. The unit is very well appointed and the Ocean View is excellent. We stayed just one night, but this is an excellent property for a stay of several nights so that you can enjoy the resort amenities, beaches and hiking

Great girls getaway

We've stayed in this same complex but not in this specific condo before. This condo was overall better in every sense, location, appliances, better stocked, etc. It was a great stay.

A beautiful villa

We have vacationed at Seascape for the last 15 years and this villa was by far one of the nicest, with a gorgeous ocean view and well-appointed rooms. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the whole villa was thoughtfully and beautifully furnished and decorated. A true gem at the Seascape Resort!

Birthday getaway

I have stayed at 4 different places over the past 4 year for my birthday in the Santa Cruz, Capitola area, and your Seascape, Aptos home was the best! I loved all your amenities, decorations, 2 balconys and the amazing views of the beach. I would highly reccomend this amazing home to anyone!!! I will be back soon.....

Comfortable and clean condo near the beach

We had a short, but great stay at this condo. It was very comfortable with 2 king beds, a well equipped kitchen, and two balconies with ocean views. The beach itself is a short walk away. The condo had many “high-end” touches such as throw blankets, soaps, coffee, etc. If you choose to use the third bed, note that it is a pull out sofa in the living room and it is not very comfortable (as are most pull out sofas). I’d highly recommend this condo for a coastal vacation!

Amazing Family Vacation

We came to celebrate my boy’s 6th birthday. Everything was absolutely fabulous. The only reason for the 4 stars is the hike to the ocean was tough! That could have been advertised a bit more clear, especially when you are traveling with kids and trying to carry items it was extremely difficult. Otherwise great condo.

Sweet charming property

The property is in a great location - you can see the beach from the patio. It’s also exactly as represented in the pictures. We enjoyed are stay here. Aptos itself was pretty foggy during our stay and it seemed to be less foggy in pleasure point. Not if was just our weekend but we would definitely stay here again. There is a great coffee shop within walking distance (huge bonus) and the beach at the resort is much nicer than the public beaches.

Home town visit

The listing was very accurate and the location was perfect! Nice that they had some beach toys and chairs. They also provided the resort feel by providing toiletries and robes. My only complaint is that for check out they ask you to do the dishes and put them away. Loading them and running the dishwasher is no issue; putting them away requires you to plan ahead quite a bit. Not the first time I saw this during a check out, but venting about it in general.

Wonderful place. Highly recommended

Superbe appartement in a superbe complex.. Nice heated swimming pool with an adjacent hot tub. The apartment is most likely freshly remodeled well decorated , fully furnished kitchen and other rooms too. My only suggestion to the owners would to trade the DVD players for either a Apple TV or other device allowing guests to stream their own content from their mobile devices. Also be warned that getting to the beach maybe difficult for some people since the path to the beach includes several flihhts of stairs, about 90 steps total. We will definitely come back.

Pete is working at retired from construction, and Sue is a Real Estate Broker. Both of us have a strong desire to bring properties to their fullest potential, and enjoy hearing about their guests visits.
We are both very fortunate to have spent our entire lives in Santa Cruz County. Our permanent residence is only a 10 minute drive from the Seascape Resort. Having lived here all our lives, we know the Best of the Best for this area, this is why we chose this location.

Seascape Resort is a very unique property located on one of the best beaches in California half way between Santa Cruz and Carmel. Within walking distance to great restaurants. Golfing, water sports, hiking trails such as Nisene Marks State Park, Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk, or just watching the sun set over the ocean from one of the balconies in the Villa. So many choices...

This Villa is located on the quieter side of Seascape Resort and is just across the street from Seascape Village.
There is nothing else that compares to this location, with its proximity to the Monterey Bay, and its white sand beach, the award winning golf, the wonderful restaurants, Spa Services, Sports Club, and the fact that we have made our Villa into a comfortable and prestine place to enjoy.
