Peaceful Ocean view of the waves breaking on the sand from either of the two decks at this special newly remodeled 2 bedroom 2 1/2 bath Villa with fully stocked kitchen. Located on the quieter North Bluff side of Seascape Resort, remodeled with hardwood floors, 1/2 bath, new Smart tv, new fireplace on 1st floor.
Comfy, new king size mattresses. New Queen size pullout in the living room, sleeping a total of six. Cozy up next to the corner, gas fireplace after a relaxing day enjoying the many amenities this Resort and the surrounding areas have to offer. The Resort has a breathtaking luxury restaurant that is located on the bluff overlooking the ocean & beach. Leave your sliding door open to enjoy the sounds of the surf, and the soft ocean breeze.
Take a short walk down path to feel the sand between your toes at Seascape Beach. Or take a swim in the luxurious pool and hot tub. A BBQ grill is on the 1st floor balcony, 3 TV's, with DVD player and free hi-speed Wi-Fi access. Blue-tooth stereo and ceiling speakers run throughout the condo, so you can easily connect and listen to Pandora or your favorite music.
Walk to Seascape Village for a variety of food, shops and general grocery store and Restaurants.
Challenge your friends to a round of golf at the Seascape Golf Course, a PGA rated 18 hole course located just around the corner.
You also have access to the fitness facility, check with them to see the cost per day per person, paid when you check in at the fitness club.

Food service delivery from Sanderlings Restaurant is not available, nor are the beach fires provided by the Resort or cart rides to the beach. Guests are not permitted to bring pets. North Bluff pool & hot tub are available for your use.
