The Space:
This beautifully renovated corner-unit condo at Seascape Beach Resort, Aptos CA has been thoughtfully designed and decorated to create a comfortable, welcoming space for relaxing beach getaways. With stylish coastal touches and plenty of natural light, the home offers the perfect blend of charm, comfort, and convenience for families and small groups.
Upstairs youâll find two inviting bedrooms and two full bathrooms, providing privacy and comfort for guests. Downstairs features a spacious living area with a queen pull-out sofa and a convenient half bath, allowing the home to comfortably accommodate up to six guests.
The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare anything from a quick breakfast to a memorable home-cooked dinner. A coffee maker with coffee provided helps start your mornings rightâenjoy a cup on the patio while taking in the fresh coastal air or bring it along as you wander through the peaceful resort paths and gardens during Seascapeâs magical mornings.
Gather around the bench-style dining table that seats six, perfect for meals, board games from the game cabinet, or planning the dayâs adventures. After a day at the beach, unwind in the spacious living room and enjoy a movie on the high-definition LCD TV, creating the perfect spot to relax and recharge.
Step outside and youâre just moments from everything that makes the resort special. Seascape Park, located right outside the unit, features sprawling lawns and a fun playgroundâideal for families and outdoor fun. Spend the day at the North Bluff pool, stroll down the scenic beach trail to the sand, or simply enjoy the peaceful surroundings of the resort.
In the evenings, take advantage of the electric BBQ on the patio for relaxed outdoor dining on warm coastal nights. When the ocean air cools, turn on the cozy fireplace and settle in for a comfortable, relaxing evening after a day full of unforgettable seaside memories.
Guest Access:
PROPERTY ACCESS: The property has an electronic door lock that is accessible anytime during stay. We will send out the check in instructions the day before you arrive. You can expect to receive them via your booking platform's app messaging system.
FREE AMENITIES: Use of the North Bluff Pool; access with your guest code - we provide pool/beach towels in your unit. Use of beach and any open firepit (fires are allowed on the sand). Use of lobby round seating area at fireplace. Use of walking paths and overlook benches.
Use of the gym is available for an additional fee (to be paid on-site).
Concierge services, front desk services, towel service, access to staff operated golf carts, $250 bonfire pit rentals, $75 smores packages south bluff and main lobby pools are not available to private renters. Build a fire on the sand! Its one of the few California beaches you can still do this-supplies are available at the Village across the street.

The entire resort sits atop breathtaking bluffs overlooking the ocean and beaches below. The walking path in the center of the resort leads down to the beach.
On the resort you will find The Seascape Park, Numerous walking paths, The Sanderlings Restaurant and bar, pools and spas, and a full gym (gym access with additional fee paid on-site).
Across the street from the resort, you will find Seascape Village which offers restaurants, cafes and shops.
The PGA rated Seascape Golf Course is only 5 minutes from the resort.
In the Heart of Aptos just over three miles or 10-minute drive away you will discover what happens when the redwoods meet the sea. Getting Around:
Complimentary parking is available outside the unit and throughout the resort property.
All on-site amenities are accessible by walking paths or if preferred by car.
To access the beach at Seascape there is a walking path next to the main lodge that leads down to the ocean where you will have beach access.
NOTE: the walk out is the same way back UP to the resort.
The Seascape Village is just across from the Resort and can be accessed by walking.
The quaint town of Aptos is just over three miles away-about a 10-minute drive.
Capitola Village is about 8 miles away and can be reached by car in less than 15 minutes.
Other Things to Note:
There are no daily housekeeping services. The property is cleaned before arrival and after departure. We provide hand soap, dish soap, dish towels, hand towels, bath towels, wash cloths, paper towels and toilet paper. 3-in-1 shower wash is provided. A cleaning kit is located under the kitchen sink for cleaning up spills or tidying up during your stay (please do not use premier towels or linens to wipe up spills).
We provide a well-stocked villa for your stay including a kitchen complete with pots, pans and dishes and utensils - everything you will need for cooking a hearty breakfast, lunch break or family dinner after a day of adventure. We supply Keurig coffee maker and pods and there is a guest supply closet by the front door with additional supplies. An electric grill is located on the patio.
Pool towels and additional bedding supplies can be found in the bedroom closets.
A blue tooth speaker and radio is in the living room. You will find games and a drawer full of DVDâs in the cabinet under the TV as well as many beach toys and lawn games in the hamper on the patio. Please return all games and toys to their locations complete as you found them for the next guest to enjoy.
Concierge services, front desk services, staff driven golf carts are not available.
The fitness facility and bike rentals available for an additional fee (to be paid on-site).
$250 bonfires booked through the front desk in the cement pits on the beach are not available, but you are welcome to build your own in the sand - supplies can be purchased across the street at Seascape Market or any other grocery store in the area.
