Located in the desirable Spencer’s Landing neighborhood is Pop-A-Top, Port A’s premier vacation home! This pristine three-bedroom, two-bathroom home comfortably fits eight guests and is perfect for your next family vacation!

Pop-A-Top offers a fun and relaxed floor plan with its open living spaces. Never go hungry in the fully equipped kitchen where there is room to store your favorite groceries and make home-cooked meals during your stay. The dining table offers seating for seven with an additional four barstools. A washer and dryer are available at this home for your convenience, so feel free to pack light! The living room offers a flat-screen TV and DVD Player.

The primary bedroom offers a queen-size bed, flat-screen TV and a private en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed with a flat-screen TV. The bunk bedroom has two sets of twin-size bunk beds. The second bathroom is located near both bedrooms.

From Pop-A-Top, you can enjoy the view of the pool and gorgeous grounds and feel the peaceful setting while you get away from the regular hustle and bustle of life. Relax in the community pool or take a short stroll and find yourself at the beach. Wash off the salty sand with the outdoor shower. Enjoy the outdoor grill for added flavor. I really liked the layout of the house and space. There’s an outside shower for coming back from the beach that I considered a bonus. We walked the beach everyday during our stay
 it only felt about 10 minutes. The only thing that I did communicate with the property manager during the stay was the washer and dryer. One of throws appliances ripped two of the towels we brought. They offered maintenance to come by to fix but it’s was already at the end of the trip when this occurred. I would recommend to stay just need to update those appliances.

The property was great! Clean, well kept and air conditioning was cold! We really enjoyed the downstairs hang out area and close proximity to the beach. Our stay could have been better if we had used a different golf cart rental company. Massive issues with Joy Rides golf carts before and during our stay put a little bit of a damper on an otherwise great stay.

Loved it. Very clean, great location. Would suggest more wash cloths and kitchen towels. Only two were provided for 5 guest and the clean towels on our beds when we arrived were still damp. Other than that, the place was great . We had a great time with our family. We will definately book again.

Cold Showers

The majority of the stay we didn’t have hot water because there were issues with the water heater. I had to call the office 3 times due to not having hot water. The house was cozy. It was well stocked with pots & pans but could use more mixing bowls, leftover containers, dish towels, & spatulas.

Not Worth the Money — Disappointed with CleanlinessI wouldn’t recommend staying here unless major improvements are made. While I wasn’t expecting luxury based on the photos, the home was uncomfortably dirty, dusty, and in serious need of a deep clean. It feels like the baseboards haven’t been touched in years. There were bugs, the carpet smelled of mildew, and parts of it appeared moldy. The bedsheets had visible stains, and we found hair and dust throughout the space. The property has potential to be charming with some care and attention, but as it stands, it’s not worth the cost. Cleanliness should be a basic standard, not a bonus.

Gets the job done

Pretty bare bones rental: kitchen amenities were basic but at least clean. Towels were in the dryer when we arrived, seemed weird but at least, again, clean The community pool was nice and not overly crowded Easy access by cart (separate rental) to the beach It's your standard beach rental. Nothing more, nothing less

We brought a blow up mattress (cause we had 8 people) and put it in the living/dining room. Lots of room underneath the home for washers or ladder golf. No beach view but still worth it. We were a golf cart ride within 5 minutes from everything.
