Welcome to Sands of Kahana 264, a beautifully upgraded 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom beachfront condo that redefines island living. Set directly on the golden shores of West Maui, this spacious, light-filled retreat offers uninterrupted ocean views, modern comforts, and resort-style amenities—all in a location that places you perfectly between the world-class destinations of Kapalua and Kāʻanapali. This condo comfortably sleeps up to six guests, making it ideal for families, couples, or friends traveling together. From the moment you walk through the door, you're greeted by the soothing sound of waves and a panoramic view of the Pacific that stretches across the horizon. The interior is a seamless blend of contemporary island design and thoughtful upgrades. Rich wood tones, breezy coastal dĂ©cor, and an open-concept layout create a warm, welcoming space that invites you to relax and stay awhile.

This renovated rental condo was perfect for our week’s stay on Maui. The listing, description and photos are exactly what you can expect. The unit is extremely comfortable, quiet and well appointed (especially the kitchen). There is an excellent amount of space for two people and a comfortable amount of space for 4 people. The primary bedroom can be closed off from the main living area. That is not clearly evident in the listing. There is an impressive series of 4 sliding doors that close the main bedroom off. Closet space is abundant. The view is to die for. The adjacent beach is spectacular! Safe swimming and beautiful sunset views in between Molokai and Lanai. Be aware that this is an older complex that has been renovated, so there are attributes throughout that are reminiscent of its age. In particular, there is no central air conditioning, however a mini-split effectively cools the main living and main bedroom areas. A separate unit cools the second bedroom and that is loud and unpleasant. The Beach House restaurant is convenient, but very casual and pedestrian on fare. The location is perfection and I would definitely stay again!

Magic of Maui

We had a lovely stay in Maui. We were pretty bummed because last time we came we had picked out this property due to having a restaurant near the pool and on the property. When we arrived it was under construction without us knowing ahead of time. While trying to relax at the pool we were in a construction zone with tons of noise It definitely wasn't what we had planned for and hoped when booking. The condo has beautiful views and is in a perfect location. It could be a little cleaner as far as the bedrooms are concerned. The headboard in the front bedroom was fabric and was really dirty. The communication was good ahead of time. The only downside was cleanliness and a different experience from what we booked.

We were in building 2...beautiful views of ocean...much bigger than we thought we had plenty of room. It was a lovely stay, and it was a bonus the kitchen was fully equipped with everything and more.
