I am so glad Andy and his family had a great Christmas at our enchanted cottage. His father actually shoveled all the snow off of our pickleball court, but then it rained and they never got to play! Thanks for clearing it for us!

So happy she loved our location even though the weather at Mt. Bachelor wasn’t the greatest for their little skiers! Hope they come again soon.

Great house and amazing yard to enjoy Bend and the river. The house itself is small by cozy and very comfortable and clean - the yard, location and amenities are where this rental shines for a BBQ and fire pit and lots of comfy seating areas to enjoy the yard and river. The bikes were all in great condition and we used the paddle boards and kayak to get out on the water. We all enjoyed the house, even our dog. I highly recommend this property if you enjoy the outdoors. The kitchen was well stocked, nice bathrooms and comfy beds. Will stay here again!

Spring Break Fun

Always a great stay at the Riverfront Cottage! We enjoyed the yard, the paddle boards, the fire pit, etc. Hopefully we will be back for our 3rd time soon!

Love having these folks back, they are very active, they golf and then enjoy all the amenities we have at the cottage, the paddle boarding, kayaking and the fire pit. They even had a fire going in the morning that they were leaving. I call people like this my regulars, love it, the truth is in the returnees! They won't keep coming back if it wasn't a fantastic place to stay. Next time they are coming over to play pickleball with us at our house, just two doors down from the cottage.

The cottage is fantastic! Stayed the week with adult children. Location is walkable to Mill District, downtown and floating destinations. Back yard is great, beds are comfy and kitchen is well stocked.Jackie is great host! We hope to be back soon.

Great place on the river.

This Old Bend mill house is very well updated, maintained and stocked for a wonderful stay on the river. The owner, Jackie, is very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend for two couples or a family. Great location near dining and recreation. We'll be back!

Wonderful location

Walks along the River, walks to downtown for wonderful eateries. And the most accommodating house while chilling indoors and hanging out around the fire pit. Will definitely return.

I’m so glad she mentioned the wonderful walks that are right out the cottage door. One can walk from the cottage miles along the Deschutes river without crossing one street. Walk downtown and only cross one street. Walk to the Old Mill without crossing any streets. Location location is everything.. of course the cottage and yard on the river is hard to leave for very long because it’s so cozy.

Beautiful location and wonderful hosts

What a wonderful vacation! This house is right in the Deschutes River with access to river rafting and a footbridge across the river to a great kids park, well appointed with everything you’d need for entertaining, a caring host that lived nearby, and a big driveway that fit four cars. We will be back to this property … it’s a magical place.

Great week in Bend!!!

The cottage was perfect for our stay!! Very dog friendly our two dogs loved the backyard and the river. Easy walk to Old Mill and downtown. Nothing beats floating down the river starting right from your backyard!!!

Best rental experience ever

This property is fantastic! And the host is the most lovely host ever! We loved the yard, the kayaks, the pickleball, the walkability to everything! The house is well stocked, the beds comfy and the living space is so cute!

River Heaven

This was a lovely property right on the river in bend. Our host couldnt have been more gracious and responsive, & the house felt like our home away from home while visiting.
