El Flamingo | Steps to Bay, Fishing Pier

El Flamingo is a cute newly renovated little cottage, one of 15 in the Sun Harbor Cottage Community and is surrounded by beautiful oak trees. There's lots to do around this cute cottage. A short walk down the hill will lead you straight to the water and community fishing pier. The pier is lighted and has electricity along the full length of 164 feet. There is a private swimming pool for all the cottages that overlooks Aransas Bay. Guests also have access to a shaded pavilion with picnic tables, so you can grill up your best catch from the day! This is also the perfect spot to sit back, relax, and enjoy the weather. You will feel at peace while taking a stroll and enjoying the unique scenery around this home. This is also a pet friendly home with a fully fenced back yard so your dog can enjoy the beautiful Rockport weather too! Also, please remember to bring a kennel for your pet while you are away from the cottage.

This cottage has a brand-new kitchen with a granite countertop and all stainless-steel appliances. The kitchen is fully equipped and stocked with everything to meet your cooking needs. The living room has comfortable seating and a sleeper sofa so that this cottage can accommodate up to 4 people. There's also a cable TV. The dining room table seats four. There is one nicely decorated bedroom with a queen size bed and one bathroom with a shower. There is also Wi-Fi and all linens and towels provided for your convenience. The owners have added a private covered patio in the backyard, along with a charcoal BBQ grill. This home is the perfect place to take your significant other for a romantic Rockport getaway.

You're only minutes away from all the fun of downtown Rockport! Rockport Beach is a fun and affordable way to spend a day relaxing and swimming. Kids will also have a blast at the beach with the multiple themed playgrounds and swing sets. There are picnic tables and grills that you can set up at for the perfect beach experience. Rockport is home to many historical sights and parks as well, including the Fulton Mansion, Goose Island State Park, and The Texas Maritime Museum. Spend a day shopping on Austin Street and an evening walking along the waterfront. You can also enjoy fresh fish while watching the sunset over the bay at one of Rockport's many tasty seafood restaurants.
