This is our second year in a row staying in this condo. The beds and furniture are comfortable, the recliner is great! It's so nice to have the large screened porch, very private and quiet! Our son loves the bunk, theres a little shelf that we put a fan on. It is stocked with everything you need! Will definitely be booking again!
My wife and I visited topsail beach for the first time. Our condo was immaculately clean and had all the amenities we needed. The walk to the beach and pool were very close and all staff we encounter were kind and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.
The unit was just the size we needed for a weekend getaway for my husband and me. The close proximity to the ocean made it easy to enjoy our morning on the beach and walk back to the condo for lunch or a quick snack. Perfect for a few days of relaxing!
The room was very nice. Our only complaint was the noise from upstairs. You can hear every footstep from the people above you and that kept us up all night. Aside from that, the condo was very clean and well stocked with everything you need. The location is also very nice. Beaches are not super crowded and the balcony and screened in porch area allow for beautiful views of both the ocean and the sound.
We really enjoyed the extra large balcony. The enclosed porch was great: we could leave all our sandy things outside. It was a little trek from the elevator but wasn't an issue. It was nice being on an end unit: more privacy and less noise. There were starter packs of dish soap, shampoo etc. The condo was beachy and very comfortable. This is our 5th year staying at Topsail Dunes and this condo is definitely our favorite!
Was looking forward to staying in NC and getting to see/host my brother who is a marine. When we got to the condo, it was very clear that a cleaning crew had either not come at all or did a very lousy job. There were odd stains all around including red stains on the couches and on pillow cases which we took pictures of and sent to the property manager to come clean but they never did, even when we redacted our statement that we did not want anyone to access the property during our stay and gave permission as long as they called first (they never even called nor did they show up), so we could not sit on the couch, the bedding was never cleaned, meaning we had to stay up until 2:00am using the faulty washing machine + dryer (dryer did not work unless you only had like 2 items in it). There was shredded cheese not only in the living room but in the bathroom as well, we have no idea how it got there, there was a dirty used band aid on the floor in the hall way, dishes and cookware was not properly cleaned (which made sense because when we ran the dishwasher it did basically nothing while water pooled on the bottom of the appliance), the beach passes were outdated (2023), and finally, there were used tissues and bottles left below the bed from previous visitors. Would never stay here again and will be looking for ways to get refund.
