Comfortable open concept living room with 70” screen. Home sleeps 8 comfortably (2 guests per bedroom). Board games available, various TV streaming options included.

Smart home means automatic blinds, lighting, voice control TV watching and lighting via Alexa. Select lighting on at sunset so you don’t enter a dark home. Blinds auto close at sunset and open at 10 the next morning (ask for time adjustment before your stay).

With your family and friends light the gas surround fire pit with comfortable couch seating and read a book in the yard hammock (weather permitting) after a long day exploring Estes Park, Loveland, Boulder, Longmont or Fort Collins. 1 Hour drive to Denver. 3 parking areas on the front driveway.
