The location of this town home cannot be beat! It is perfect for anyone wanting to explore the best that Colorado has to offer with easy access to Rocky Mountain National Park (35 miles), Downtown Boulder (15 miles) and Downtown Longmont (4 miles). Have a warm cup of coffee on the patio that offers views of Long's peak before heading out for a bike ride, hike, or walk.
We were in Colorado for a softball tournament this place was in a great location near lots of restaurants but also not too far from some of those must see destinations.
Be advised that this is a second-floor unit accessed by steep stairs. While dated (as described in the review of May 11, 2025) it was conveniently located, clean (except for the patio), and met all our needs.
The place was so comfortable and well appointed. My only suggestion is that the beds in the second bedroom were "bunkie" mattresses and not suitable for anyone except small children.
Good location for us as we spent time south in Boulder and NW at the National ParkâŠthe property is dated, weeds in the entry way, peeling paint both on outdoor chairs(we couldnât use the deck) and the kitchen cupboardsâŠkid room has very thin old mattresses with stained mattress padâŠmold in the master showerâŠit was well appointed with kitchen stuff which was greatâŠit would be a great property if they could upgrade furnishingsâŠproperty manager was attentive.
