My 8yo and I stayed at this property throughout the month of June. The house was perfect. Close to downtown Longmont and easily accessible to Boulder, Lyons, and Fort Collins. Michelle was a responsive host who made sure we had what we needed for a comfortable stay. Neighborhood was quiet and property was as described. Already planning my next trip back.
The house was clean and easy to access. We used the house for a girls sleepover! When we checked in we did notice a few stains on one of the chairs in the living room and the grass in the front and backyard was overgrown. Otherwise, the bathrooms and bedrooms were clean. The microwave was a little old and outdated, but it served its purpose for the night. Overall, it was a fine stay.
Quiet neighborhood and comfortable place to stay. Dog friendly with fenced back yard.
We had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable and will reserve again next time we visit Longmont.
Sadly, due to health issues I didnât make it, but my son did and said it was fantastic! Michelle is a wonderful host, very communicative, zero complaints. Highly recommend!
Clean, and cool. So nice to have a cool place to return to after spending a day in the hot sun. The amenities and usefull items was supper. Anything and everything we needed was there. Recommend this place to anyone that is staying in the area.
We had a great experience staying at this house. Great communications from the host and the property is clean and well-stocked. The neighborhood is quiet, appears safe, and we had no concerns with going for early morning/evening walks.
The location of this property was perfect for us- easy drives to Denver, Boulder and Estes Park! The house was a great size for our family of 5. It was very clean and well stocked. The check in and out process couldnât have been easier. Thanks for a fantastic experience!!
Outside of property had not been taken care of, tall grass, bushes overgrown into gate to the backyard. Backyard was extremely overgrown. The deck was not useable unless a guest was willing to clean it first. The inside had a very strong smell, like air fresheners. We did not utilize anything other than the top bedroom and bathrom. The bathroom sink would not drain very well. After viewing the house we decided to check into other options to stay, but Longmont was booked solid. We found hair in the sheets, the curtain rod was coming off the front window and the curtain itself had a big hole in the middle of it.The garbage was piled up in both containers outside in front of the garage. We found the place disgusting overall.
We took this house to relieve Thanksgiving stress on our Longmont relatives. The beds are comfortable and the showers were great. Our grandson and little dog enjoyed the backyard. The living room worked well for all of us to hang out. I would rent again.
There's no parking, trash needs removed. There's a lot that needs fixed inside the house. From lights that don't work to holes in the walls, stair treads missing to curtains pulling off the wall. It smelled clean but the floors the handrail were not. The yard worked for the dog at least. When we arrived there was able from two days ago that hadn't been removed. Totally unacceptable as property should be managed.
We really appreciated the quiet, private yard and the convenient location of the property. The beds were comfortable, and the house didnât have any bad smells. We also enjoyed having access to TV and cable during our stay. While it met our basic needs, we were disappointed with the overall conditionâespecially considering the price. The home was not as pictured in the listing. It was dirty, with cobwebs in the bathroom, old dog waste left in the yard, holes in the walls, no curtains in some areas (including the kitchen and a bedroom), broken patio furniture, and trash in drawers and cabinets. The downstairs shower was visibly dirty, and the upstairs bathroom sink was slow-draining and clogged. Many of the lights didnât work properly either. With more attention to cleanliness and maintenance, this could be a great rental, but unfortunately it fell short of expectations.
Home looks small from outside but very roomy inside. Very cutely decorated. Host was quick to respond to questions. One day major wind storm came in So the games provided kept us laughing and entertained. Would definitely stay again if in the area. Couch was comfy, kitchen well stocked. Only thing was the king bed was very hard. But some may like that. Other than that it met all our needs.
The pictures shown were accurate, the place was clean inside, beds were comfy. One problem we had was limited indoor lighting, it was a bit dark while trying to do hair and make up unless you were the lucky one using the bathrooms ( there were 5 people in our group, 2 were girls). Also seating in the living room and kitchen was for 6, deck seating was for 4. I think it was comfy for 4 but a little tight for 6 adults, especially if you spend a bunch of time inside, like rainy weather. Last thing was the backyard/patio: yard had over knee height weeds and a side fence leaning so not sure it was suitable for a dog⊠might depend on the dog. The deck was dirty and chair cushions had holes. It was otherwise a nice property to stay. If I visited with 4 adults and didnât plan to use the yard I would stay there again.
The property was great and very close to general shopping and dog park. The house was clean and comfy. The beds were very comfortable and rooms were perfect size.
In the kitchen, would have like to have more spices available and the fridge rolls every time you open or close it. No biggie.
In the bathroom, towels are a bit used.
Outside, while advertising pet friendly, it was to a point. The backyard not well kept and missing a fence picket so could not let pups run. Thank God for the with-in walking distance dog park! Loved that there was a grill but it was quite dirty and gorgeous deck but there again not very inviting because of the lack of upkeep for the table, cushions and cover.
Overall, very nice comfortable place.
Our host, Michelle, was always quick to respond and answer our questions.
Home was clean.
We had an 18 month old with us and a pack and play along with a small highchair was available and came in very handy. Steep stairways were probably our biggest concern.
Michelle wanted to know what else could make the home more friendly and safe for little people. I recommended a tension type gate to block off the steep stairways, a small bathtub for younger babies and some utensils for the kitchen. Michelle was very quick to respond and stated she would address these recommendations.
There is a large bedroom upstairs and two smaller bedrooms downstairs. A common area is between the upstairs and downstairs. We had a white noise machine for the baby to help block out our sounds while she napped.
The home is In a neighborhood, however, we did not experience loud road noise or noisy neighbors.
