Modern 3-bedroom lakefront house on private Lake Loveland

This is an incredible opportunity to experience lakefront living on a private lake in Colorado’s front range. This house is in a quiet neighborhood and is therefore suited for guests looking for a quiet, respectful getaway. With Loveland, CO averaging 300 days of sunshine per year, enjoy a beautiful ¼ Acre lot with small beach and a private dock. Kids can have their own adventure in the back yard beach, dock and treehouse. A canoe, 2 kayaks and Stand-up paddleboards are available for guest use provided life jackets are onboard. Guests follow the lake rules and Colorado laws requiring everyone 12 years old and less to wear a life jacket when on any watercraft. Outdoor games are available to our guests including Cornhole, Frisbee and Croquet. Sit and relax in the sun from one of 3 outdoor decks that overlook the lake; and hop in the hot tub when it's time to unwind from the day’s adventures. A screened-in lower-level patio is there if you want a break from the outside but still want to be connected with the natural beauty of the area. Besides the spacious modern kitchen and comfortable great room, you’ll find a lower-level living area where you can show off your bumper-pool skills. The 11 x 13 ft. main level primary bedroom has a king bed. The spa-inspired primary bath has a double vanity and a curbless wetroom boasting 3 shower heads, a bench and a freestanding tub. There are two lower-level bedrooms: one with a king bed and the other with 2 twin beds. The lower living area has a queen size comfort sleeper sofa. 𝗣𝗹𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝗻𝗼𝘁𝗲: As of November 23, 2025, the lake is up to our beach, and 6 Ft deep at the end of our dock. Note that there are no guarantees that there will be lake water up to the property line. Lake Loveland's water levels decrease significantly as the reservoir is used for irrigation. The lake is typically full during the summer months, typically between Memorial Day and Labor Day. The Greeley-Loveland Irrigation Company controls the water and can drain it away from this property at any time. Although disappointing, this is outside of our control. Also note that no guest power boats are allowed on the lake.
