Thank you for staying with us Ammie. In our listing description it states, "Guests can walk 5 minutes to access the beach." There is nothing in our listing that would imply the home has direct beach access.

We are disappointed by this review, as it does not accurately reflect the circumstances surrounding the guest’s departure. The guest was unhappy that the home became warm and requested to cancel the reservation for a full refund. However, the listing clearly states that the home does not have air conditioning, so the refund request was declined. We take cleanliness, maintenance, and guest safety seriously. The construction referenced was taking place at a neighboring property and was not being performed or controlled by our company. We regret that it affected the guest’s enjoyment of the balcony, but construction schedules and activity on neighboring private property are outside our control. The additional allegations raised in this review are concerning and are not representative of the condition in which the home is normally maintained. We encourage guests to report any maintenance or safety issue immediately so we can inspect it and provide assistance during the stay. Our team remains committed to responding promptly to legitimate concerns and providing an experience consistent with the home and amenities described in the listing.
