This place had everything we look for, seclusion, located in the mountains during the fall season. Plenty of hiking trails, good internet service, Roku TV, great hot tub, and close enough to the local town of Margaretville for groceries. We had a wonderful time.

The placement of the doors and windows keeps the home warm in the winter and allows for perfect cross ventilation for cooling in the summer as well. Great find for a bachelorette weekend in the Catskills!
The house is beautiful and on a beautiful piece of property. It comfortably fit 5 adults for the weekend. Kitchen is well equipped, detailed instructions for the fireplace, etc make the stay incredibly easy. Drove to a few places around for hiking and went to a winery. Host was responsive and helpful before/after our stay. Such a great retreat!

Beautiful home, beautiful view, great time!
Firstly, the property manager was fantastic with suggestions, info, overall communication. The house was perfect for 4 couples, hiking a nearby trail, then grilling and eating at home. Kitchen was well-stocked and everything was perfect. The house lends itself to family eating, hanging, laughing, and enjoying nature. We will definitely be back for another visit! I'm happy that I was able to give you good tips about the area, I don't like it myself when I go somewhere for vacation and need to search out things to do and places to go. I prefer to be prepared with a plan (and time for spontaneity of course) so I can make the most of my time. I want the same for the guests.
