I’m sorry about the long elevator waits — two elevators for 20 floors can get busy, and we’ve passed that feedback along to the condo association. I apologize the bunk room, pull‑out sofa, and thin comforters didn’t meet expectations; we’ve alerted housekeeping and maintenance to inspect the sofa mattress and bedding and to review the room description and photos for clarity. I’m also sorry for the door code/battery issue and the missed morning visit — we’ve shared this with our team so our follow‑up process is improved.
