Merci d'avoir visité notre unité Island Royale 503 à Gulf Shores. Nous possédons et gérons tous nos condos et aimons aider nos clients à vivre une merveilleuse expérience de vacances à la plage.

Island Royale # 503 est un condo au 5e étage avec 2 chambres et 2 salles de bain. L'Island Royale est situé sur West Beach Blvd. à Gulf Shores. Cette unité présente un décor magnifique qui vous fera profiter de l'intérieur (presque) autant que de l'extérieur. Un balcon privé sur la plage surdimensionné avec une vue panoramique sur l'eau vert émeraude et les plages de sable blanc est accessible depuis le salon et la chambre principale. Vous êtes à quelques pas des plages de sable blanc et des eaux chaudes du golfe.

La chambre principale comprend un lit king-size avec une couette en duvet, une grande commode, une télévision / DVD et une salle de bains privative.

La chambre d'hôtes comprend un lit double, une grande commode, une table de nuit, un lecteur TV / DVD et une salle de bain privée.

Dans le salon, il y a un canapé-lit queen-size et une chaise longue. La cuisine comprend des comptoirs en granit et tous les appareils améliorés - réfrigérateur côte à côte avec machine à glaçons, lave-vaisselle, élimination des déchets, cuisinière électrique et est bien approvisionné avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin. Il y a un grand garde-manger et beaucoup d'armoires aussi! La buanderie comprend une laveuse et une sécheuse pleine grandeur ainsi qu'une planche et un fer à repasser. Nous avons mis tout en œuvre pour vous fournir tout ce dont vous aurez besoin pendant votre séjour dans notre unité.

Le balcon Gulf Front est grand et comprend une table et des chaises longues. De là, vous pouvez regarder le lever du soleil sur les eaux du golfe pendant que vous savourez votre café du matin et profitez de magnifiques couchers de soleil à la fin de la journée avec une vue spectaculaire.

Island Royale propose également une piscine intérieure / extérieure en bord de plage, des bains à remous, un sauna, un hammam et une salle d'exercice donnant sur la plage. Grands restaurants et magasins, pêche, terrains de golf et divertissements pour tous les âges sont à proximité.

Si vous n'êtes pas familier avec la région et / ou souhaitez des suggestions ou des informations sur le shopping, les restaurants, les superbes attractions pour enfants et bien plus encore, n'hésitez pas à nous appeler. Bright, clean & gorgeous views

I booked this condo for my daughter and I while we were in town for her volleyball tournament, and we were both beyond happy with my choice.The pictures are exact, you will not walk into any surprises. The master bedroom has a very comfortable king bed, tv, ensuite, spacious closet, and lots of drawer space. Best feature was having a sliding door out to the huge balcony. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, tv, closet, lots of drawer space and ensuite privileges. There is plenty of seating between the dinning room table and breakfast bar chairs. The living room also has plenty of seating, and a large tv. The kitchen was very well equipped, and everything worked perfectly. Did I mention the balcony is huge? There is a table with 4 chairs, and 2 lounge chairs. The view of the ocean is perfect and unobstructed. Truly an oasis. Check-in was easy with keyless entry, and appreciated, no lineups or security offices to deal with. The condo has plenty of parking and very friendly security guards on duty. The condo is also very centrally located to restaurants and shops.The owner was friendly, great at communicating, and very informative. We had a wonderful experience and will definitely be back.

The local owner provided his phone number for any issues we may have. Best check in and stay we have had. The coffee maker stopped working, he brought us a new one. I have been going to the gulf for years, best condo I have stayed in. One suggestion, If you grill over fill with charcoal, the all aluminum out door grills do not heat up as good as steel.

Excellent Stay

The condo was clean and well maintained the beds were comfortable and the view from the balcony was amazing. We will definitely stay here again if available on our next visit. The host were easy to communicate with.

Family Weekend

We really enjoyed our stay. I had to communicate with the Host a few times over a small plumbing issue in the guest bathtub. It was resolved before I could even say not to worry. Extremely quiet for a condo, which was nice with a 3 month old. Check in was easy, good balcony view, excellent beach, entire condo was comfortable. We would stay again, given the opportunity.

Condo was wonderful in all aspects. Gulf front, very welcoming, with a great view of the gulf. Very short walk to the beach & water. In the heart of all the fun, shops & restaurant/bars. Would definitely stay there again!

Great condo and stay

2nd year at this condo! Again, super clean, comfortable and fantastic view. Jason always makes the checkin process super easy and can be reached any time needed. First year at Shrimp Festival. Super busy and luckily condo far enough away from the festival that it was easy to get back to condo. Super clean beach and great indoor/outdoor pool/hot tubs! Note during Shrimp festival long waits at restaurants and lots of detours. Go early. Enjoyed our stay so much and will always book with Jason & Sonya for future stays!

Wonderful Family Vacay

We had 6 of us in the Condo comfortably. Felt plenty spacious and we loved the size of condo facility itself and the easy access to the beach! The balcony was perfect for breakfast and mimosas watching the sun come up. In addition to all of this the Host was incredibly personable and even called to check on us and make sure that we had everything we needed and that our trip would be the best! They really went above and beyond! Will be booking with them again.

Great place to stay!

This is the third time we have booked one of Jason’s condos. All three were in a different unit and all have been excellent. Jason goes above and beyond to make sure you have a clean and comfortable stay. The beds we’re comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. Jason will be my first choice for future vacations.

Everything about this condo was perfect. Super easy check in. Location right on the beach with a phenomenal view from both the master bedroom and living room. VERY clean and it had every convenience of home available for use. I highly recommend for a family or couple.

Fabulous view!

Fabulous view, convenient location, clean and comfortable property. Easy to communicate with the owner. (Heads-up for the elderly or infirm: there are no safety bars in the shower/tubs.) I’ve stayed in a couple of other units at Island Royale — it’s an excellent property overall, and this unit is no exception. I’d planned to share with my sister-in-law, but my brother decided to come down too and bring the dog, so they opted for a pet-friendly hotel off the beach — so I had the place all to myself and it was delightful. Would definitely recommend.

Island royale

Bathrooms were not as clean as should be mainly the tubs. Water wouldn’t drain properly in sinks or tubs. Pretty place but I would suggest you put up new towel and toilet paper rods. Would make bathrooms look much nicer.

Perfect Beach Vacation Base

This was the perfect base for our family's beach vacation. Close to restaurants, activities, and shopping- but the best part is walking out the building door straight onto the beach for fun in the waves and sand. Our kids loved the pool and kiddie pools for after beach time. We also enjoyed coffee on the balcony while watching dolphins play, and falling asleep to the gentle lapping of waves. Jason and Sonya were great hosts- friendly, exceptional communication, and a wealth of information for ideas on what to do. I would highly recommend and hope we are able to come back soon!

We stayed 2 months in 503 at Island Royale and enjoyed every day.

503 at the Island Royale was perfect for us we have stayed there several years now and really like it much work has been done and many updates easy access to the beach and lots of parking a great place to vacation in the winter time.

There are a lot of things to do from Waterville, The Track, Deep Sea Fishing, Pairasailing, Dolphin Cruises and Horseback riding. So many wonderful places to eat also. We would love to share our new condo with you and also help you with any questions you have about the area or main attractions. We hope you enjoy your stay!!!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Island Royale is one of our favorite places to stay. We enjoy the features the building has from its outdoor/indoor pool, sauna, steamroom and workout area. The condo is also located directly across from a convenience store which is great if you need snacks or for those early morning krispy kreme doughnuts.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

The unit is beautifully decorated with a soothing beach theme. It really has a calm and relaxing feel inside. The unit is very clean and well maintained. The 5th floor balcony is high enough to have a really good view, but low enough that you have a good beach view. This unit is also located next door to one of our other condos which is great with large groups or multiple family gatherings.
