If relaxation is what you are looking for, this penthouse condominium is the perfect place! This is our first year renting this property, it was previously a permanent residence. Located directly on the beach, with spectacular views and breath taking sunsets from an extremely large balcony, you will not find a more beautiful beach to relax and catch a little sun! This condo is located right in the heart of Gulf Shores and in walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Just a short drive to water parks for the kids, zoo, golfing, and outlet mall. Breathtaking sugar sand beaches outside and luxurious, yet cozy, inside. Island Royale complex amenities include: covered assigned parking, indoor/outdoor heated pool, spa, sauna, steam room, and two hot tubs, BBQ area with grills and picnic tables, and a workout area on the 3rd floor.
Inside you will find 1100 sq. ft. to roam around in and features including 9' foot ceilings, full size washer and dryer, granite counter tops, and tile throughout. The Master Suite offers a Queen bed and full bath, along with balcony access. The guest bedroom has a queen bed, and there is room for two additional guests on the sleeper sofa in the living room. Excellent furnishings and decor. Each bedroom has a TV, plus another in the living area. The kitchen is fully equipped for when you want to cook and there is a separate dining area.
Any reservations made prior to October 1st for the Winter Season (January and February) require a 60 day (two month) minimum. Reservations made that do not meet this criteria are subject to cancellation by management. After October 1st, reservations may be made for the winter months at a minimum of three or seven nights, depending on unit specifications.

Quoted price includes a single Parking Pass. Up to one additional Parking Pass may be purchased upon arrival or by contacting the office directly.
