Excellent stay, good communication, great location and nice apartment although the air con was very noisy during the night. We look forward to the Rod and Reelpier being ready next time we visit AM. There was cheaper apartment next building down with a washing machine and dryer. Would have expected this facility for the price we paid. Had a lovely stay and look forward to visiting paradise once again.

Quick walk to all shops, restaurants and also the Pier park where the free trolley has its last stop. So sorry that the AC was a little noisy. We don't see that you called in to have us take a look. Don't hesitate to do so. We are just up the street from Coconut Cottage :) We look forward to the Anna Maria City Pier opening again. The Rod N Reel Pier - all the fingers we have crossed - not sure if it ever will. We would love to welcome you again! Exactly what we were hoping for. Perfect spot am met our needs. The beach equipment was an added bonus. Just needs a new umbrella. But wear and tear is to be expected. Would highly recommend

Shhhhh Loved this place

We like being on the water whether canal or ocean. Loved the quiet location and the way it is decorated. It was perfect for us.

This was the perfect property for the two of us. It would be a great location for a young family of four as well. The condo was located conveniently on Pine Street near all the north end restaurants and shops, but far enough off the street that our stay was quiet and peaceful. The unit was perfectly appointed with all the gear we needed for a fun beach vacation including a beach wagon to haul it all in. We loved having the two kayaks to use and started each morning with at least an hour kayaking through the inlets and out to the bay, even seeing a manatee one morning. Duncan Realty was always very responsive and helpful if we had any questions. It was a great week.

Wow – thanks so much, Colbey, for your awesome review of Coconut Bayou. This contemporary condo has the best view of a canal, and you can paddle the kayak, that is included, out the Bay in 5 min. We love to hear that you took advantage of them every morning and are envious of the manatee sighting. This time of year, when the waters are warm, manatees are harder to know where to spot. To get to the Gulf beaches, it's easy to hop on the free Island trolley just across the street from the Bayou entrance. Easy beach hopping :) We would love to welcome you again! It’s more of a canal or Inlet view than it is a beach view… But the view itself is lovely. People are fishing off the walkway. There are kayaks. Available to useThe sunsets in particular were great. To get to the “real beach“ you have to walk about a half mile… But they provide you with this wonderful cart where you can load everything up so it’s not a problem at all… And of course everything is close, like the little village stores and coffee, shops and restaurants… Hopefully next year the pier will be open again. That adds an additional element of charm and fun.
