Amazing Waterfront Condo at the North end of Anna Maria!

Tucked away off of Pine Ave just before the Historic Anna Maria City Pier you will find the Bayou Condos. This secluded waterfront community is located on Lake LaVista waterway which has direct access to the Gulf. The City Pier and Bayfront Park and Rod are just a short paddle away.

Unit 4B is a completely remodeled unit located on the ground level and has awesome water views from the Dining area and Living room. Just out your living room through the sliding doors is a brick paver patio and just beyond that is your private dock. This unit features tile floors, new kitchen cabinets, granite counters, stainless appliances (featuring a super quiet Bosch dishwasher) and a remodeled bathroom. A full-size washer/dryer was added to this unit so there is no need to use the onsite laundry facility!

You will love the location on Pine Ave as there are many quaint shops and restaurants close by and many great events throughout the year on Pine Ave and at the City Pier Park.

Did we already mention that your private dock is located just steps outside your patio door? The dock is ideal for launching your paddle boards and Kayaks or just sitting outside soaking up the sun, enjoying the views and the warm Gulf breezes. You may even see Manatees hanging out by your dock or Dolphins swimming by. Throw a line out and fish from your dock just for fun or for a great catch for dinner!

I would absolutely stay here again!

This accommodation was at the top of the list of places I’ve stayed in the past,,,Quiet location, view of the canal, quick access to the “bay”side of the Gulf of Mexico. Walking is what makes this island great and this apartment/condo is placed appropriately for that.

Excellent location on AMI

The condo was updated and very nice inside. Access to the canal was perfect for our paddle boards and the restaurants/coffee shops are very walkable.

Wonderful Anniversary week

My wife and I loved this property. Great location at the north end of the island. A very short walk to a quiet beach on the bay side. The condo was sparkling clean and had everything we needed. When we somehow locked ourselves out of the bathroom on a Sunday, the managers quickly sent someone over to help us out. Thanks!

Absolutely wonderful!

This was my best experience ever with a vacation rental property! The condo was in a great location and everything was so well organized. Anything that a person might need was readily available. We felt relaxed and peaceful the minute we walked in! We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and hope to come back!

This was the perfect property for our family vacation! We had stayed at The Bayou in a different unit before, and we loved the location. We were thankful to find this unit when we couldn’t find the previous property available to rent. Our sons loved being able to fish in the canal right outside the back door, and the condo was very clean and equipped with all we needed to feel like it was home away from home. It is just a short drive to our favorite beach spot - Bean Point. It’s also within walking distance of the beloved ice cream place, Two Scoops, and several other shops and restaurants. We will definitely return! Our only suggestions for improvement would be softer mattresses and a television in the master bedroom.

Quiet escape

We loved the close proximity to the beaches! And the deck out back was wonderful for sunbathing. The only downside was the quality of the second bed. It was like sleeping on a board.

Location!!

This place was perfect for me and my spouse. Quiet but just off a main street that had places to eat and shop. Can walk right to the pier. We had a dock on the canal right out the back door and we saw a manatee swim right by. The place was very clean and had everything we needed. Chairs and an umbrella for the beach also. Would definitely recommend this place! Would stay here again! Had a lovely time! Thank you!

Great Waterfront Condo

Bayou Breeze Unit 4B is modern and smartly decorated - ideal for a couple or family of four. Restaurants, shops (bike/kayak rental), beach and pier are all within a short walk. Launch your kayak from your dock just steps away from your condo's sliding door. Anna Maria is veery bike friendly and Holmes Beach offers free EV charging just 3 miles away.

Overall pretty good!

We had to leave midway through the week in a rush for the hurricane evacuation, which sucked, but the owners did a good job communicating about it. The fridge didn’t work but they had a mini fridge delivered. Beautiful place, overall fun experience.

This rental was the best that I have ever booked!

There aren’t enough stars for this rental! I have stayed in many rentals and this one is, by far, the very best. The condo was so clean and fully furnished with everything needed for the beach, to prepare a nice meal, or to just sit out on the patio and enjoy the beautiful view. The appliances in the rental are top of the line and in perfect working order. It is nicely decorated. The furniture is very comfortable. I felt at home in this rental and will definitely book it again!

Comfortable Stay

Condo was cozy and clean. Lots of things within quick walking distance. I’d recommend renting a bike though if you like the beaches on the gulf side or to get to Bean Point. I didn’t and regretted it every time I’d walk out for the sunset. It’s a leisurely 16 minute walk to the end of Pine Street, but doing that with a beach chair and/or bag isn’t ideal and there isn’t much for parking near the beaches. Admittedly this was my first time in Anna Maria so I wasn’t sure what to expect. I visited the bay beach next to the pier more frequently to avoid lugging my stuff back and forth and it worked out fine, and had a descent amount of shade once I had enough sun. That beach was right on the back side of the condos and was an easy walk. The one thing I noticed the condo didn’t have was a freezable ice pack or zip lock type baggies, but there was a small cooler-tote so just remember to grab baggies to toss in ice or freeze some waters and you’ll be good to go. Otherwise, I had everything I needed on hand and it was a very relaxed stay.
