Perfect little house

We had a wonderful stay. Cute house with everything we needed. My daughter and son in law live a few blocks away so the location was perfect! Very clean and there was even coffee for us in the morning! 100% would stay again!

Wedding Home Base

Our daughter lives four blocks from this VRBO and it was perfect for easy access to and from her house as we prepped for her wedding this past Saturday. Being able to bring our schnauzer was an added bonus. The fenced yard is wonderful. He can be an escape artist, and he was never in any danger of leaving the back yard. The house is darling; it handled us well. Our two granddaughter 9 and 11 joined us on Friday/Saturday and they loved the upstairs area as their space. We will stay again! Host was great in responding to questions.

First time to KC for a Chiefs game

We loved our stay! The neighborhood was gorgeous with the fall leaves changing colors! The house was very cute and clean and had everything we needed. Will definitely stay again! We loved the city and had an amazing time!

Family friendly

I think the house is even nicer than it appears e in photos & we lived the location. It was a great fit for 2 parents & 4 teens. Our 3 boys slept upstairs in the loft area & our daughter had her own room downstairs. The house is small, but has everything you need & is very clean & cute!

This property is so cute and conveniently located. We had the best time in KC and were never more that a 15 min car ride to where we wanted to go. The house was very clean and in a great safe neighborhood. So glad this is where we booked.

This cottage is super cute and very convenient to all of the places we wanted to experience. It had all of the amenities including large fenced backyard and front porch to sit and relax. The owner was very helpful and responsive.

This house oozes charm

We stayed for two nights. The house was clean and lovely, massive fenced in back yard for my dog. Bathrooms are on smaller side. However, they are plenty big to get the job done. Kitchen well equipped with dishes, and utensils. Easy access to hwy. Would recommend to anyone to stay there.

Very nice

This house is tastefully decorated, clean, and has the necessary amenities. Very comfortable beds. Large kitchen. Bathroom on the ground floor is pretty small but we managed fine. Highly recommended!

Annoying spotlights from neighbor

This is the second time we have stayed at this location and we actually enjoy the property. It is well-maintained, the communication with the property is prompt and courteous, and the check in process is seamless. The only issue we have is with the incessant spotlights that point directly at the property each evening by the neighbor to the south. It is annoying to be sitting out on the back porch in the evening trying to have a conversation with spotlights shining in our face. Even with the darkened shades in the bedroom, light still comes in from the edges. It is frustrating at best and takes away from the overall experience.

My wife and I renovated this house in 2022 and decided to share it with others. We put a lot of sweat in this house built in 1946. It has a feel of an old house with a chic, modern updates. I hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

13 minutes to KU Medical Center
15 minutes to the Plaza
17 minutes to The Legends and Nebraska Furniture Mart
17 minutes to Children’s Mercy Downtown
22 minutes to Arrowhead and Kauffman Stadiums
24 minutes to the Kansas City International Airport
25 minutes to Olathe and the southern section of KC metro

There is a long driveway with ample parking. No parking in the street for a long period of time, however, as their are "No Parking" signs.
