We have stayed here several times over the years. Always clean and comfortable and a very easy walk to the Plaza. Now with the streetcar, all of the entertainment districts are in reach without worring about a car.
We came back for our second stay in this property and it was just as good as the first! Great neighborhood, clean home, and the owners were easy to work with. Will book again!
This was an excellent stay for our family over Father's Day weekend! We went to the Royals Game & the fenced back yard was an excellent place to enjoy dinner outside with the family & our pups. Host was nice enough to let us check in a bit earlier so that was nice after a long trip on the road. We would definately stay here again when we come back to KC!
We enjoyed our stay! Close to many things to do for adults, very clean house, and seemed to be a quiet neighborhood. I really appreciated the thoughtfulness of the coffee and tea options along with the fireplace that we used every night. I would 100% visit again.
Property is as described- very clean, well appointed kitchen and great shower in bathroom with good water pressure ; communication with property manager was easy and efficient; appreciated the coffee pods and convenience to have a washer/dryer. Walkable to the plaza that had an abundance of restaurants and shops. Would highly recommend the property.

As advertised, cute little bungalow right off the plaza in a quiet neighborhood. Great restaurants, nice area to walk our little dogs. Weâd stay here again.
This Home is owned by Husband and Wife that own multiple properties in the Kansas City Market. We both grew up in Kansas City and know the market very well. The Home you will be staying in was purchased because of the proximity of the Country Club Plaza location. We wanted our clients to be able to enjoy the Home plus be within walking distance of the Plaza are Restaurants, Shops and Entertainment.
Property has all Hardwood floors with nice sized rooms with a lot of natural woodwork. The Home also has excellent off street parking. The Country Club Plaza area is the Gem of Kansas City and to be within walking distance of the area is a bonus. Downtown Kansas City Missouri has had a Renaissance over the last 8 years and you will be only 12 minutes away from the Sprint Center, Kauffman Performing Arts Center and Power and Light District.
We tried to make this a Home a second Home for our Family. We put in the best technology with Google Fiber access for internet and TV's. You will have a separate Desk area with High speed access to do work or play. You will have comfortable Furniture and Beds to use and everything you would ever need in the Kitchen to prepare meals. Bathroom was remodeled with a large walk in Shower for easy access. Washer and Dryer is available for your use.
