Wonderful wedding HQ

Our son was getting married at Cedar Valley Forest. The home was absolutely perfect for 11 people our dog. Neighborhood, convenient location & the home- we couldn’t find any flaws.

Fantastic home!

This house was clean, comfortable, and just lovely! I always wonder about the showers so in case you do too, I’ll tell you- they are fantastic. Great water pressure. Plenty of space in all the rooms. The neighborhood is wonderful and the host was easy to work with. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

Stayed here multiple times. A comfortable house in a nice neighborhood, close to shopping, restaurants, KC, medical facilities and offices. Very well equipped. Highly recommend.

Would definitely stay again!!

Loved loved loved this house and location!!! As a gift to our kids (ages 17-28) we went to a chiefs game and stayed here, it was absolutely perfect!! Close to shopping and tons of places to eat!! We had the best time!!

Excellent place to stay!!

This was a really roomy house - decorated beautifully and very clean. The location was perfect -- just minutes from tons of shopping and groceries - and easy access to interstates to run into downtown Kansas City with no problem! Highly recommend and hope to stay here again!!! A fun "small world" coincidence -- the family we came to town to visit stopped by the vrbo to pick us up, and my cousin's daughter Fiona had actually been good friends with the owner's kid and spent many nights there before it became a rental property!!! Fiona Lowe and her mom Chystal say HI!!!

Home away from home!!

The home was very cozy and had everything we needed for for our long weekend stay in Kansas City. The home is in a very nice neighborhood, clean and very comfortable! We will absolutely stay here again when we return to KC!!

Amazing all around

This was the easiest and best experience I’ve had with renting a place to stay. The place was well kept, great neighborhood, beautiful inside and out, and would highly recommend to anyone looking for the KC area.

Very enjoyable

We enjoyed our stay in the Cape Cod home. Easy check-in, no issues, we did not have to contact the owner at all. Information about the house was easily accessible, showers were clean, beds were clean and comfortable and the neighborhood was very nice. Would recommend. Thank you!

Adorable

This property was absolutely perfect for our stay. Loved that they allow dogs of any size. Only downfall is the backyard isn't fenced but it was still manageable. The house was clean and perfect for the 5 of us.

comfortable but dated.

The house was just fine for us as we were not there much. But, it is just a bit tired and could benefit from an overhaul. Would have loved to sit outside in the covered porch, but without screens or windows, it was full of leaves and the furniture was dirty. Bedding could surely use some updating!! Otherwise, the place is just fine.

Our stay

It was in a nice neighborhood and easily accessible to restaurants and grocery stores. If you plan to do any cooking, bring your own sharp knives as there were just two in the kitchen. Our only concern is that it could have been a bit cleaner, but it was not horrible.

Nice place, excellent host

The house was pretty nice, a few problems with some of the cleaning crew. I understand it was a third party that will not be back. Laura was excellent, quick to respond and very friendly. She allowed us to check in early. Great place, I would stay there again.

Softball trip.

We enjoyed our stay however the sheets had not been changed. We found a peanut and food stain on the sheets. Beds need stripped when guests leave instead of being left unmade so they will be changed. Disappointed in that. Close to many restaurants and shopping. Close to ball diamonds for softball tournament.

Location, Location, Location!

This property is located in the most perfect location! Easy access to shopping, dining and the expressway. Very close proximity to MNU- which was perfect for us to visit our son! House is exactly as described for which we appreciated. The covered outdoor space was nice to have- despite the bad weather. You will not be disappointed with the convenience of this home as well as the nice amenities provided. We would definitely like to stay here again when we visit our son. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Overall positive

The property was in a nice quiet neighborhood with little traffic. However, it was July and the home was very warm when we arrived. It took hours to cool the place down and the first night was miserable sleeping upstairs. The kitchen had was equipped for cooking meals for our family. Plenty of linen. Overall, I would recommend this property and I would stay again.

Great location

We stayed here for a volleyball tournament at the MAVS complex in Lenexa. I couldn't get over how great the location was for the tournament and for shopping and dining. Everything we needed was within a 5 minute drive! Property was about as clean as most, though the sheets in our room had pet hair on them. It wasn't enough to make a difference for us. We did have non-family teens (girl and boy) staying with us and they used the upstairs rooms, which connected via a Jack and Jill bathroom and they couldn't get the doors to lock. I just hadn't realized it was shared that way, so it was a bit awkward for the non-family guests. Otherwise, we were comfortable for the 2 nights, there were no incidents, and I'd recommend it for the location above all else! Neat little property.
