This Arvada home is located in an elite neighborhood, close to interstate…20 minutes away from downtown Denver, and an hour to the ski slopes! The main gathering place is the living/dining/kitchen, which has a coffee station for your morning enjoyment! Lots of natural lighting radiates throughout this fully (2022) remodeled home. The “fun” is in the game room and bar, equipped with both a beverage refrigerator and a wine cooler, the movie theater room seats 12 with a HD projector for your movie entertainment, Disney Plus, ESPN, and more. Enjoy a cook-out on the covered patio, with a large gas grill, and plenty of seating. Great place for the whole family from little ones…parents…and grand parents, all under one roof with plenty of space for everyone. PLEASE PARK ONLY IN DRIVEWAY OR IN FRONT OF MY HOME…NOT IN FRONT OF NEIGHBORS ACROSS THE STREET! NO KEG OR LOUD OUTDOOR PARTY’S AND NO SMOKING OR VAPING INSIDE HOME! We have installed security cameras mounted on the exterior corners of the house to view the city streets, sidewalk, and driveway for your protection, as well as ours.

Great space at central location

Family stayed here for 5 days. It is a great location to stay and visit Denver, Golden, Boulder and the Rockys. The movie theater was a good way to relax at the end of the day. Communication with owners was easy and quick.

This place was perfect for our vacation. We went to Idaho springs, Rocky National Park, and Colorado Springs and this was a good central location. We enjoyed the back deck area, and the large kitchen. Really great place to stay!!

Perfect spot to host a family gathering

We thoroughly enjoyed the safe neighborhood in a nice area of town. We were close to various attractions & some great restaurants. The house size is amazing & the accommodations were very nice.

Host was unaccommodating. We politely asked for early check in, and we couldn’t, and later check out and denied also. Typical check in is 3pm, but this rental was 4pm, and typical check out is 11am, and this rental is 10am. Their response was the cleaners needed 6 hour window to clean. If only that was done. The rental was very dirty. Food crumbs in the sink, never vacuumed, steps were dirty, kitchen floor filthy, and I know this because I had to wipe up leaking water from the refrigerator with paper towels, and it was brown. This rental had only the very minimum. We don’t even get ice because the ice machine is broken. We had 2 ice trays for the weekend with 6 people. We had to run to the store for 2 bags. The bedrooms were nice size, comfortable beds, but recommend a night stand on both sides of each bed. Had no where to place my water bottle, cell phone etc. In all my years using VRBO, I’ve never had to put down a refundable 5,000 deposit. It took 2 weeks to finally get a refund, and I was told that the homeowner sets the damage deposit. Way too high for the quality of this home. This home also has the very minimum. We had ONE garbage bag for the whole weekend. I asked the host for someone to drop off more and she said look downstairs, which didn’t have any. Also, the host doesn’t want to pay extra for recycling, which is very disappointing.

Great experience would recommend to friends and family.

A lot of room for a family vacation and fun with the movie room and game room. The house was very clean and lots of room that made my family very comfortable and homey . I loved the fire place In the main room made it very nice and cozy.

Winter vacation in Colorado!

The place is clean and have enough space for the entire family. It is within short driving distance to grocery stores and shopping centers. It is outside the Denver downtown area making it easier to travel to different destinations without the hassle of heavy traffic in the City.

This guest violated all house rules! Registered 4 people…8 stayed the night. Was told “no parties” but a small gathering with only 3-4 cars were allowed! Well….over 30 cars and at least 40 people! Gee once we realized this from numerous neighbors contacting us about this disturbance and police were call because some of the “unauthorized” people were running through the neighbors yards throwing things…enough is enough and we immediately terminated reservation because they wound not leave! SHE LIED TO US…AND POLICE! PROTECT YOUR PROPERTY AND LISTING BY NEVER RENTING TO HER!

Perfect house for our family trip to Denver area

Great location within 30 mins of nearly everything we wanted to do on our trip to Denver. House was a perfect size for our family of 6 giving everyone their space. Theater and gaming rooms were a nice plus as well. It had a nice little backyard with patio and grill, but we did not take advantage of it. Thanks for letting us stay!

had two families staying together , 9 total with varying kids' ages. property had just the right amount of bedrooms and communal areas to keep our families occupied and entertained for our nearly week stay. There were a few items that needed addressing during the week that the property managers did ASAP. Overall appreciative of the owners to share their property with us.

Everyone was happy with their room.

The property was spacious with many rooms. Everyone was happy with their room and the common space that was available. The younger family members loved hanging out in the movie room. The host was very responsive when we lost our keys. We had a great time and would stay here again.

Oversold Kitchen and Neighborhood in Description

Lots of comfortable space and beds for families. Enjoyed the games and movie theater. Issues with dirty kitchen that we had to clean (owner credited us for cleaning fee), lack of basic cooking utensils, and old, flaking teflon pans so had to scramble to outsource our meals during a holiday. Disappointing experience.

This quiet neighborhood, house has many things to offer, a game room and theater room for enjoyment, and plenty of places to "get ready" for your activities as well as a relaxing visit or cook-out on the covered patio in the private fenced yard.

Location is close to restaurants and shopping, and just 20 minutes from downtown Denver. Many ski slopes within an hour's drive, enjoying the beautiful mountains along the way!

Bar has both beverage and wine coolers; game room has air hockey and basketball hoop shoot. Then relax in the theater room for a movie and some provided popcorn we have left for you...or watch your favorite sports games on the large screen!
