Doesn’t get much better than this!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We spent a delightful month at this property. The suite is modern, clean, and comfortable. The kitchen is well-equipped, the beds are comfortable and there’s lots of storage in the walk-in closet. The west-facing lanai is not large, but comfortable enough for two people to enjoy the views. Having an assigned parking stall is a plus. Park Lane itself is a fabulous condominium complex. The onsite staff were friendly and always asking if there was anything they could do for us! There are lots of amenities for guests and we made good use of the pool and hot tub, which were just a few steps away from the suite. Being next to the Ala Moana Shopping Center and Foodland Farms was so convenient. Across the street from Park Lane is the Ala Moana Regional Park, where we walked every day – especially to watch the sunsets.

Great location but facilities were unavailable

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: If you are looking to stay in a condo in Honolulu but don't want to be in Waikiki, there is no better location than Park Lane Ala Moana. It is an apartment complex that has the feel of a resort. Unfortunately, most of the facilities were unavailable the majority of the time we were there. The pool and barbecue cabanas were closed for 2 1/2 weeks. The sauna/hot tub/plunge pool/spa was closed for the last 3 weeks of our stay and still weren't opened by the time we left. There was no notification from anyone upon booking that this could be possible, nor any response after this was brought up. If everything is operational, this is a great place to stay but for us, it was extremely disappointing to not have a pool or other facilities for more than half of our Hawaii vacation.

Unfortunately, we were not informed by the building management about these closures and have since asked them to notify us in the future. They said they notified all registered guests directly. We did not receive any communication from you about this issue during your stay, so we are unsure who you contacted. As per our Reservation Policy, we do our best to inform guests of any issues we are made aware of, but we cannot be held responsible for maintenance or closures managed by the Home Owner Associations. We appreciate your understanding and hope to have the opportunity to host you again under better circumstances. Mahalo!
