Indulge in a mountain retreat with this delightful two-story townhome, featuring a relaxing hot tub. Designed to cater to both your family and friends, this cozy abode is the ultimate space for a memorable mountain getaway. The charming two-story layout offers ample room for everyone, ensuring a harmonious blend of privacy and communal living. Unwind in the inviting hot tub.
Guest will be provided check in information after confirmation of stay and 48hrs prior to their visit. There will also be a booklet in the home with advisory information pertaining to the abode and surrounding area. Emergency numbers and contact information will also be provided.
Guests will be left to enjoy their stay: should they need any assistance they can email, call, or text.
Surrounded by mighty pine trees, neighbors to the left and to the right and a beautiful scenic lake just across the road, guests will find themselves in the midst of peace and serenity. Located uptown and just 10 minutes off the beaten path guests will find rest and relaxation in this cozy apartment with amenities at their fingertips.
15 minutes from downtown Pagosa Springs and 10 minutes from uptown Pagosa guests will have in the palm of their hand many choices to choose from. With coffee shops aplenty, restaurants to roam, trails to meander, and lakes to explore we are sure you will enjoy your stay in beautiful Colorado.
Guests may access to the lake but will need to purchase a permit for fishing, boating, or paddle boarding. THESE LAKES ARE FULL OF LAKE WEED ABSOLUTELY NO SWIMMING. Permits may be obtained at the Rec Center.
Guests will have full access to the home.
The property has two bedrooms downstairs across from one another that includes one room with a queen bed and private bath. The other bedroom has two twin beds with a full bath down the hall. Outside the queen bedroom, you will find the hot tub accessible from the bedroom's double doors leading outside. There is a king bed located upstairs in the loft area and another private full bath connected. You will have access to the upstairs office space provided with desk, computer monitor, desk chair, and cozy futon.
Upon entry guests will find a modern comfort living area directly adjacent to the dining and kitchen area in the downstairs area. There is a fireplace, large screen tv, new couch, and a bar area separating a fully stocked kitchen. Next to the kitchen is a large dining table that will provide space for a family dinner and/or game night. In addition, there is also a washer/dryer for guest use.
This property is located next to several town homes that are similar guests will find peace seeking neighbors and Pagosa Lakes access not across the road. You can access the lake half a mile down the road.

Always pack a jacket, bring sunscreen, and remember we live at altitude and altitude sickness is very real and very not fun! Drink lots of water, eat and be merry!
Should you visit during the winter months know that:
We get snow! During the winter months we boast the MOST snow in Colorado, and we mean it! Be prepared to have to drive in snow, park in snow, walk in snow and play in snow! We love our snow! If you are driving here, be sure to rent a vehicle or own a vehicle that has 4-wheel drive capabilities. Don't know how to drive in it? Pretend grandma is in the backseat holding a tray of gravy! Go slow.
This property boasts Starlink WiFi, ideal for remote work, seamless streaming, and tech enthusiasts alike. Whether you're conducting business or simply seeking reliable entertainment, this high-speed connection has you covered.
There is a one pet maximum and they canât be left alone in the house. One time $30 pet fee.
Please bring a kennel and understand that any noise complaints from the neighbors with mean an immediate eviction of the property, with no refunds. Please keep in mind this policy is in place to protect everyone so we can allow a pet. Thank you cooperating in this matter.
Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM, unless otherwise arranged. Early check-in or late check-out is available for $15 per hour, which helps accommodate our cleaning schedule and preparation for the next guest.
Please contact the property manager to confirm availability for late check-out. Failure to comply with the check-out time may result in denied access to the property or immediate eviction.
Please note that trailers are not permitted to be parked anywhere within this condo association. Parking on the grass is also strictly prohibited. All vehicles must be parked in designated parking spaces. Violators are subject to towing at the ownerâs expense.
