The condo has a great view, comfortable, well equipped kitchen, everything we needed and very clean. Enjoyed being close to the lake and lots of deer. Friendly and considerate neighbors, and very quiet. The photo is from the balcony
Enjoyed our stay in Kathy's condo! Beautiful, quiet neighborhood with views of the lake and mountains. Saw deer every night on our walk:) The condo is well appointed with 2 beds and 2 baths and a bonus vanity & sink in the primary bedroom! AC is only on the second level although there are ceiling fans in both bedrooms and opening the sliding door and windows at night lets the cool air in:)Condo is 10 minutes from downtown and there is a grocery store and restaurants within 3 minutes of the condo.Kathy was always very responsive to our questions and she was a great host!
Our stay was great. Kathleenâs place was very clean and spacious and was located close to many amenities. The bedrooms and living space were on separate floors, which was nice while our baby was sleeping so we didnât have to be as quiet.
My husband and I have stayed in this condo several times because we like the location and the views. It is consistently clean, fairly well equipped, etc. Make sure you bring your own coffee and any food products or beauty products (shampoo, etc.) that you need. It is a no frills place for things like that but plenty of pots and pans, dishes, etc. We enjoyed our stay and will book again for our next trip to Pagosa Springs!
Accommodations were fine. It was a little difficult on an extended stay, lugging the groceries upstairs to the kitchen but we got our exercise. Kathy is a great host. We had a small problem and she very on-top-of-it, communicating frequently until the issue was resolved.
This is a wonder condo for couples and small families. It was clean and well maintained. We enjoyed the deck for coffee and watching the deer and foxes outside! Was a nice weekend away!
This condo in Pagosa Springs, Colorado was perfect for my daughterâs birthday ski trip. It was clean and easy to access. Close to everything in town. I highly recommend it. It has two bathrooms and a vanity in the Master Bedroom. So no need to fight over the bathroom. It has a lot of windows in the living room to enjoy the mountain view!
Our host was open and communicative prior to the reservation. The property is an easy drive up the mountain in ski season while being close to everything youâd need to enjoy a mountain town vacation. The neighbor properties were quiet and polite, creating a nice atmosphere.
What a wonderful property located near some of the best of Pagosa Springs local eateries and grocers. The view from the balcony is breathtaking! This was our second stay at Kathy's. The condo is well stocked with kitchen amenities, bathroom towels and linens. Kathy is an awesome host and responds to any question or request right away. We would definitely stay Kathy's again if she would have us.
It's a comfortable and nicely furnished condo close to the town center, hot springs, and shops. It has two spacious bedrooms and a convenient common space. We spent two days there skiing in the morning, walking downtown, eating out or cooking. Thank you, Cathleen, for all the care that made us feel at home!
We have stayed at this condo before and it is always a great location for a nice week-end in the mountains. It is always clean and well-stocked. I must admit that as we age, I am less excited about the stairs since the living area and kitchen are upstairs and I so going up and down is just part of the package. But it is a great condo for everyone else.
Beautiful area and home! There is ere quite a few spider webs in the windows ( I personally donât care, but others might) and several of the outlets downstairs werenât working working, including the downstairs bathroom. But I would absolutely stay here again!
This property is within walking distance to the lake and the views are so beautiful! Itâs a quiet area to relax and unwind. We look forward to coming back next year. Kathy, our host, is very accommodating to our needs.
This condo was just as advertised and worked great for our family. It was well stocked with lots of nice little touches. Kathy was very prompt in her communication and was an excellent host.
Super clean and attractive two story condo near shopping, restaurants, and Wolf Creek ski area. We all slept well and the kitchen made it easy to cook breakfasts and dinners each night.
I'm a Wisconsin girl, but have lived mostly in Minnesota since 1978. I enjoy all the recreational activities the 4 Corners area affords--hiking, skiing, kayaking and especially attending music festivals in Pagosa Springs and neighboring cities. I spend as much time as possible in my Colorado home.
My sister introduced me to this area in the early 1990's, and I fell in love with the mountains. I bought my first vacation home here in the late 90's, and this property in 2003. We managed several vacation properties here for many years, so I learned what our guests appreciate. I love Pagosa's proximity to a variety of landscapes, and this specific condo's easy access to wilderness areas, as well as what the town of Pagosa Springs has to offer. Whether you travel here to golf, attend a balloon festival, hike, ski, ride horses or simply getaway from your usual routine, I think you'll love this location as much as I do!
This property is in one of 12 units in 3 buildings called Lakeview Estates Condominiums. The views from the living room, dining room and master bedroom are beautiful. If I'm here with a group of friends, but want to start my day quietly, I can make coffee in the master bedroom and start my day in quiet solitude on a comfy chair, or on the bedroom deck. I have also really come to appreciate the first floor bedrooms, and not having to haul luggage up to a second story bedroom! Our neighborhood is peaceful and quiet, and our full-time resident neighbors are friendly. Three neighbors also rent their properties, and we seem to attract guests who are happy to share their days' adventures or offer tips on the best restaurants or hiking trails. We all enjoy a walk down to the lake with a cup of coffee in the morning, or a camera to catch the gorgeous sunsets over the lake. It is both a great place to be, and a great "base camp" for adventures.
