Townhome de luxe surplombant le fleuve San Juan avec une vue énorme. Talk of the Town est une coutume, unité de fin privée. Détendez-vous dans le bain à remous de votre maître balcon de la chambre au-dessus de la rivière tout en profitant de la vue sur la montagne du San Juans et Pagosa. cerfs abondantes, les oiseaux, les renards, les poissons et plus vagabonder sauvagement dans les zones humides et de la ceinture de verdure dans la rivière pour votre plaisir. Étoile regard avec notre télescope sur ces nuits Pagosa claires. Nous avons les meilleures vues sur le fleuve San Juan. Le centre ville est à distance de marche et est accessible depuis le nouveau sentier de la nature pavée. Pied ou à vélo du célèbre Hot Springs, restaurants, boutiques, galeries, 4 juillet défilé et festivals d'art. Pendant le Festival Balloon les ballons montent à travers la rivière à partir de votre siège au premier rang sur le pont.

We have been to Pagosa Springs many times and have rented a variety of places and this one was the best. It has a great location in town and was very comfortable for my family.

Perfect river stay

Beth is a lovely attentive host. The property and the unit is perfect. It’s beautiful three stories with the most amazing hot tub on the third story overlooking the river the stars at night it couldn’t get better.

Wonderful stay for our daughter's wedding

Very nice condo right on the San Juan River. We really enjoyed our stay here for our daughters wedding. Very close to the hot springs and city of Pagosa. Our host, Beth was very accommodating with all of our date changes. We will stay here again when in Pagosa.

Beautiful Condo on the River

The condo is perfect for a stay in Pagosa Springs. It's clean and beautiful with a well stocked kitchen. The balcony overlooks the river and is a perfect place for lounging and looking out at the mountains. The walk to town for coffee is a joy every morning. We will definitely be back!

Great property with all and more

Loved the hot tub and the kitchen had everything you need. The beds were comfy and house is decorated well and super clean! House is super close to town and the views are beautiful from back. We’ll be back!

Great Place! Don't pass it up!

This unit truly felt like a home away from home. The kitchen was so well stocked we were able to make a full Thanksgiving meal without any problems. The place is clean and comfortable, and an easy walk to the springs and shops in "town." Teens loved the hot tub, and we loved hearing the river just below the deck. You can't go wrong renting this place!

Dream Spot

This condo was fantastic! It was even better than the pictures suggest. The views were amazing and the proximity to town and walking paths was so convenient. In addition to the condo being such a great place to stay, it was very well stocked, including all necessary spices and condiments which was an unexpected surprise. We would highly recommend this rental and would definitely stay here again in the future! Thanks for helping make our annual trip to Pagosa great!

Ski and Snowboarding Excursion

This property was conveniently located near the main part of town. It affords access to the San Juan River for fishing or simply enjoying the ambience of the river. For myself, family, and friends, the property was a good fit for accommodating our needs. As a tri-level property, expect to climb a couple levels of stairs.

Great Townhome on the River

Our family had a wonderful stay at this amazing townhome! It's in walking distance to restaurants, shops, the grocery store, and more. We loved being on the river not only for the beauty and serenity but also, it was a great opportunity for the kids to go down and play in the water. The house is just a few blocks from an amazing park and you'll see wildlife daily. We couldn't have asked for more with this amazing find and we look forward to coming back.

Incredible Getaway!

My wife and I had spent a fantastic few days at "Talk of the Town" and simply put the home is incredible. With views of the San Juan Mountains and on the San Juan riverfront the home makes a perfect spot for a getaway any time of year. We visited the first week of December and Beth made the check-in & out process seamless, the home was clean with well appointed decor making you feel comfortably at home. We had plenty of room as it was just the two of us but the home could easily manage a large family. The fireplaces in the family room and master were well used and kept us warm after our couple days enjoying the runs at Wolf Creek which is only about 30 minutes away. The hot tub on the third floor deck outside the master bedroom offers luxury paired with incredible views of the mountains, river and steaming hot springs just up the road. The kitchen has any and all appliances and tools you may want to whip up a great meal and the gas grill sits on the second floor deck just outside ready to put out some burgers (we made bison and elk burgers which you can find at the grocery - City Market). All in all, an amazing stay. Oh and the garage kept the car nice and warm - no need for scraping ice or snow off in the morning!!!

Great downtown Pagosa location right on the river

This was a great townhouse in the heart of Pagosa’s downtown area, but is also right on the river. Hot tub on the master balcony was picturesque and provided fantastic views along with the sounds of the river right below. Accommodations were very nice and included plenty of space for our family of 5, along with 2 different living spaces so the adults and kids could watch different shows at the end of the night. Very happy with this rental, and will definitely consider staying in this one again!

Great overlook of the river

Very comfortable townhouse, well equipped kitchen for cooking. Nice overlook of the river and town, easy walk into the main street. We really enjoyed the hot tub, other than dogging some showers. We had one minor issue with a dead battery in the TV remote, which Beth took care of very quickly. We would recommend a massage & spending the afternoon soaking at the Springs Resort. A highlite of our trip!

Spring Break Fun!

The property was perfect for my family for a spring break ski vacation. Things we enjoyed: - It was nice to have a garage (and door opener) for our vehicle - Location was great - we loved the sounds of the San Juan River, enjoyed walking the trial at the wetlands park close by, super easy to get to hot springs and fun restaurants, and 30-35 minutes from Wolf Creek for easy drive to the mountain. - Kitchen and pantry was well stocked. - Hot tub on off the master bedroom balcony was amazing! - Bedding was cozy and comfortable. We loved our stay!

Great stay!

This property was perfect for our family of four and exceeded our expectations. The location was less than a mile walk to shopping and restaurants downtown and we loved that it overlooked the river. We enjoyed watching all the ducks, geese and deer from the balcony. The hot tub felt so nice on our sore muscles after a day of skiing. The beds were super comfy and the property had everything we needed for cooking, laundry, entertainment and even had extra toiletries. Check in/out was simple and convenient, and the level of communication with Beth was great. It was the perfect home away from home and we will definitely be booking here again when visiting Pagosa Springs!

Unfortunately Walked into a Mess

Bags full of trash on the floor, piles of sheets in the hallway, food left out, etc. when we checked in. The contact we had was for the maintenance man who didn't know who the cleaners were but was able to get through to the owner who was out of the country. We had to stay in a smaller unit next door and share bedrooms for the first night while the unit we rented was cleaned...the extra hassle, additional unpacking/packing and moving around meant less time on vacation.
