Ce condo est à distance de marche du centre-ville de Pagosa Springs, des boutiques, des restaurants et des plongées dans les célèbres sources chaudes, ainsi que des nombreux festivals merveilleux qui font la renommée de cette ville.

En entrant dans cette maison, vous serez émerveillé par le plan d'étage ouvert, les grandes fenêtres, le mobilier raffiné et toutes les commodités dont votre famille aurait besoin pendant leurs vacances. Les coins salon, salle à manger et cuisine sont ouverts les uns aux autres et offrent de nombreux coins salons et salles à manger pour tous. Profitez de la télévision haute définition à grand écran avec son exceptionnel et d'une cheminée dans le salon ou franchissez les portes en verre et détendez-vous avec un verre sur la grande terrasse, préparez un repas au barbecue et regardez et écoutez la rivière et la faune. C’est un endroit extraordinaire et je crée des souvenirs.

Dans la maison, vous trouverez deux suites parentales avec chacune un balcon privé, une chambre avec grand lit et une autre chambre avec un lit superposé avec un lit superposé futon qui se transforme en un lit double. Il y a une salle de bain complète à partager avec une commode et une douche séparées. Juste au bout du couloir se trouve une laveuse et une sécheuse. Chacune des chambres a la TVHD et la salle avec lits superposés a beaucoup de jeux pour divertir les plus jeunes. À l'arrière du complexe se trouve une zone herbeuse au bord de la rivière avec un barbecue, des tables et des chaises pour les barbecues en plein air que votre famille pourra apprécier tout en regardant la rivière San Juan?ow by. Vous allez adorer cet endroit! Ce condo est sur un seul niveau, trois?ights up mais pas d'ascenseur. Si vous avez besoin d’aide pour vos bagages, n’hésitez pas à nous le faire savoir. Enfin, il y a un grand garage privé pour une voiture que vous pouvez utiliser, ainsi que beaucoup d'espace pour 2 places de stationnement supplémentaires.

A really nice condo

This condo served us well for a three generation family vacation. For the family members interested in skiing, it is an easy drive up the pass to Wolf Creek, and for the family members just looking to relax it is spacious, comfortable, well furnished and clean. Only a couple blocks on quiet streets connect to a lovely RiverWalk paved trail into downtown Pagosa springs for shopping and a visit to the hot springs. We very much enjoyed our stay here!

family trip

the townhouse-condo was beautiful and clean. the view was lovely. well stocked and all that. there are 3 flights of indoor stairs to get to the front door so if stairs are a concern that could be a problem. Our family is young and energetic in need of exercise so we were happy with the stairs. We would HIGHLY recommend this listing

GREAT LOCATION

DIDN'T NEED TO USE A STAIRMASTER THAT WEEK THE CONDO IS BEAUTIFUL WITH BALCONY THAT OVERLOOK THE SAN JUAN RIVER. VERY QUIET AND THE GARAGE WAS PERFECT FOR THE CAR AND STORING GEAR. THE SPACE IS VERY LARGE.WE'LL GO BACK

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There needs to be instructions for the Direct TV service, not having used this service and remote in conjunction together I had to experiment to get it to work. Also I needed to know if the TV was tied to the internet service which would have enabled me to watch streaming services I subscribe to.

Great Condo!

We were impressed with the condo and the service provided. Ashely was fantastic. She gave me great advice about activities, hot springs and restaurants which I really appreciated. The condo was very clean and well stocked. We had everything we needed. Being close to town was a plus. We were able to go to the Hot Springs as well as river rafting. Pagosa Springs is a great little town. I would definitely book this condo. It was the perfect place for our family.

Boardski Family Getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our second time to visit this rental. Ashley with the Concierge has been amazing both years at helping us get groceries into the house and have surprises for our birthday guys. We love to visit this rental because it allows enough room for both of our families and still have row to spread out. The condo is always very clean and well stocked. They manage my company always answers our emails or text messages quickly. And when it snows, it is beautiful to look over the river and see the winter wonderland. Even had some deer visitors a couple of nights when we came home outside of our garage. We will continue to rent with this property as long as we return to boardski wolf Creek

Family Christmas time

We were disappointed we were on the third floor at first. But the stairs were inside so it was fine. Our older grandchildren helped with our bags. It was a fun surprise that there was a Christmas 🎄. Loved the view. And the 4 bedrooms and 3 baths made it very comfortable! We would recommend it definitely!

2023 Pagosa Birthday

Views amazing , house amazing, love the instant help with VIP services, rooms where great. A few things... The 2nd master suite had no TV or Dresser / to put books on charge our phones, had to place them on the floor. Same room had a lot of white dog hair everywhere. Main living room rug alot of white dog hair and dusty. Poor lighting in game / kidroom for the guest that stayed in there.

Pagosa Springs getaway

The location was beautiful and we were able to look out on the river and mountains. The unit is in need of a deep clean, and some functions did not work i.e the icemaker, stove burner, the kitchen was not very equipped with pots and pans and bowls. The kitchen faucet had a leak in the hose. The common staircase area needed to be vacuumed, and the windows were in need of a cleaning. The bedrooms were spacious and it would have been wonderful to have king beds.

Lovely Condo

The condo was very clean and well stocked and very quiet. Plenty of room for a large family. And the layout was perfect for two families to stay as two rooms were on one end of condo and two were on the opposite end with three bathrooms and large living room, kitchen and dining table in the middle. Walking distance to downtown(15 min walk) and beautiful view of the water. We saw lots of deer each night. Third floor wasn't an issue for us and we are not young. The property management was excellent at checking in via text to make sure we were enjoying our stay and that we didn't need anything. And check out could not have been easier. We would not hesitate to stay again.

Fantastic Condo!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in B8! The condo is spacious with plenty of room for our family of 6. We were very comfortable. Ample kitchen space and the basic cookware allowed us to cook at home during our stay. We enjoyed our view of the San Juan. The kids loved spotting the rafts floating down the river. We spent a day river rafting and it was a blast. The water is high right now, so it's moving quickly. I would recommend Wilderness Journeys. They were wonderful with very capable and knowledgeable guides. The location of the condo is close to downtown and the hot springs. We enjoyed riding our bikes into town to dip our feet in the hot springs. You can also pay to soak at one of the resorts. There are cute shops and cafes along the river there. Also, a fun riverside playground for the littles. And a fantastic park down the street from the condo. We also hit up the mountain bike trails right across the river from the condo at Reservoir Hill Park. Fun and beautiful trails. We drove up to the continental divide and found snow! The kids loved that. And the views that way are 😍😍. Stop at Treasure Falls on your way there or back. It's a quick, steep hike up to the base of the falls. Make sure you go up a little further to the mist deck. You can really feel the power of the water and you will get quite wet. The kids loved it. Chimney Rock Natl Monument isn't far away and we felt it was worth the trip. We would stay here again in a heartbeat if we are in town again.

Boardski Family Spring Break

We had a wonderful stay at this location for our boardski family vacay! It was a great Location to all the things in town and not too far away from the mountain for our snowboarding and skiing adventures. The staff were VERY responsive to our questions and outreach. It was next level to have the concierge stock the house with our grocery list as well. It took so much stress off of the arrival process. The only thing that was tough for us adults (not the teens) were the 3 flights of stairs after an all day mountain escapade. Ha! We will definitely come back!

We had a blast here!! Spacious, beautiful, location perfect!!! Overall the house was good. Trash was a little confusing and we did come across some dirty dishes that were not properly cleaned before they were put away. Overall we still loved it and we will be staying again!!! Thank you.

Reviewer Comments: We stayed the first week in January to Ski Wolf Creek and it snowed everyday up and down the mountain. We had a fantastic stay. The only thing I would have changed had I know a head of time is the fact the Condo we stayed in was on the third floor. The ONLY time it was dreaded was when we had to take our dog out for a walk. Lessoned learned make sure what floor you are on. GREAT TIME IN PAGOSA WITH PAGOSA VACATION RENTALS. I wont use anyone else when staying there!
