Rivera House-fun and comfort steps from the beach

Lovingly named " Rivera House" by our friends, this cool house is located steps from the beach, combining the comfort and style of the home. It features a large, combined kitchen/dining/living room full of natural light and lake views. Two bedrooms on the second level share a full bathroom. The large room designated for children is located on the lower level of the home, and has it's own bathroom, with a walkout patio to a private backyard. 2 days minimum rental, please.
The space
Lower level of the house has a large space designed for children, and a full bathroom. 2 bunk beds and a trundle bed comfortably fits 6 children. A large Love sack chair provides nice seating for a gaming and /or TV watching.
The walkout patio leads to a fenced-in backyard. A gas grill, 6 chairs, a mobile fire pit will meet any dining and entertainment needs.
A master bedroom on the second level has 2 queen beds, a walk-in closet and an access to a full bathroom. A 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, and a closet for personal belongings and a closet for supplies.
A small workspace on the 3rd level has a couch and a small work table. Great space to catch up on the emails or to read.
A roof top seating area is our favorite. We have our morning coffee there, and watch the sundown over the Lake Michigan.
In the garage, we keep 5 bikes, 2 paddle boards, 6 beach chairs and 2 umbrellas, lots of safety vests for older children and adults.
The mobile ping pong table can be rolled out onto the driveway, and used for a family Olympics evening.
Bedding, bath towels and beach towels are provided. Fully stacked kitchen,- just bring your food, your crew, sunscreen and have fun!
Guest access
Guests can access all areas of the house, except the closet contents in the hallway on the lower level, and a jet ski in the garage that is not our property.

Close supervision of children while enjoying a roof top seating.
