Absolutely perfect beach trip!!!

Everything was absolutely perfect! The view was amazing! The best I’ve ever seen in a condo. You can see the water from the moment you walk in the front door. The beach and water was beautiful. We will definitely be back!

Pros: The view was amazing! The room had plenty of sleeping accommodations for my family. The water pressure in all the sinks and shower was top notch. The umbrella and chair service was a great added bonus (do not touch the umbrella- let the umbrella guy do it...we found out the hard way) we stayed during September- so it wasn't busy at all! It's also within walking distance from a putt putt course, restaurant, and beach store.We had a designate parking spot on the first floor. We were able to easily grab our beach stuff from the van for the beach. Cons: The room was supposed to have wristbands for each person but we only had 1 when we got there. Tried to get more but it didn't happen (not a big deal because we never got approached by security) The room was fairly clean; however, our baby's feet were black within 30 minutes of being there (def couldve been from the balcony deck as well). On our last day when we took the sheets off the master bed we discovered that the mattress was very nasty looking! Im glad it was on the last day that we noticed because that would have made it hard to sleep there the whole week. Not the units fault but The building only had 2 of 3 elevators working. The inspection certificate was also overdue. The first few days were busy (Labor day) so we had a little bit of a wait those days but when it wasn't busy, we didn't have much of a wait time. There were not any luggage carts. Over all, my family had a great time and loved the beach.

Decent stay, but have definitely stayed in better. Mostly clean but a bit dated. Good location! No dressers for unpacking and very Small bedroom! Mattress in master was large but old and not comfortable at all. Couch was old and not comfy at all. No wine glasses. No TV unless we used our own accounts. There were not enough chairs for enjoying patio. No dining table for outdoor eating Was disappointing. Dishwasher reaked and that made the wholePlace smell odd. Front door had issues locking EVERY time! Basically the room did the trick but pics in posting seemed larger and nicer. Will look for another place nextTime.

Couch was filthy and broken (sank into the springs when you sat on it). Tole floors were dirty. The TVs in the two bedrooms did not work. No night stands or tables in second bedroom to set a phone or clock. No dressers in either room for your clothings. Porch was left dirty with toys piled up. Pans in kitchen were scratched up and not well kept and we didn’t want to use them. We reached out to host with concerns about the cleanliness with pictures and about the tvs not working and they stated they were reaching out to several people and never contacted us back. Very disappointing.

We took a girls trip and stayed here and it was so nice! So much room and well stocked with you basic daily things even kitchen appliances. Will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful inside, very clean; extra large balcony. Owner, Brian, was very nice and easy to deal with. Parking space was large. Ocean front location cannot be beat! Would absolutely stay again!

Very Pleased With This Rental

Great location, assigned parking, great beach views!!!

This property was perfect for our sisters beach trip. Nice big balcony. Easy access to beach with no steps. It made it SO nice to get to the beach with wagon. The views were amazing!!! Walking distance to some great places to eat and not far from pier park and lots of shopping. Assigned parking spot was right near elevator which made coming and going be vehicle easy. Kitchen had everything we needed for our stay.

Great stay, but small washer and dryer.

We enjoyed our stay and found the space plenty big enough for or family of five. The balcony is very spacious and has a great view of the beach. The blinds in the living and bedroom areas could use a little attention. In addition, the washer and dryer are very small making it difficult to wash beach towels and bath towels. Overall a great location.

Patio paradise

This property was lovely with two bedrooms and two baths right on the beach. The patio is huge and perfect to view the sunset every night. This property has it all from a fitness center to an indoor and outdoor pool (which was bigger than the one at my gym!) a hot tub a steam room, and sauna. The property is located between two piers and was fun to walk both ways to see what the area has to offer. I really enjoyed watching the koi fish and turtles across the street. Thanks so much for allowing me to treat this property as home for the week.

Amazing stay

I really enjoyed our trip over spring break. It rained every day on our trip so being able to see the ocean from our bedroom and living room was great, the kids loved the indoor pool. I love how close of a small walk it is to the beach. It’s nearby to so many places and restaurants, everything was just a short drive away. The condo comes with everything you need for a day on the beach/ chairs ,beach umbrella when pool floats even a few sand toys for the kids. The condo was very clean when we arrived, only complaint I had was the floor still was sandy but it’s to be a expected when your located on the beach. I would stay here again.

Nice room w/ beautiful view

Our stay was absolutely perfect! The room was nice and clean and the laundry room was stocked with beach toys and boogie boards. The view from the room was breathtaking and it was a short walk to the fast elevators! The assigned parking spot is right next to the pool gate so makes it easy to drop pool/beach toys off at your vehicle at the end of the day. Mini golf and golf carts right across the road and restaurants within walking distance. My 11 yo loved the bunk beds in the second bedroom! We had one issue and it was resolved very quickly and professionally. Great communication from the property manager! Overall a great stay!

Ocean Reef 608

The condo was very spacious, there were a few things I fixed while there (slats on bunk bed, frame on twin bed, cleaned laundry room, tried to fix running toilet in master bathroom but needs new flange), other than that overall we enjoyed our stay in this condo. Condo is in a great location and loved it being on a lower floor (easier access), just wished there was more than one parking space or larger overflow for additional parking. I will most certainly stay there again!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My favorite part was the balcony; plenty of furniture and so wide and spacious! The furniture was very tasteful, not some of the gaudy beach stuff out there. It was not far from the elevators and stairs. Designated parking spot with security; we didn't have a parking pass first day, but the owners brought them over same afternoon; very impressed. Close to Pier Park and great ice cream across the street. I would definitely stay again.

Ocean Real PCB last minute Fall Break getaway

We had a wonderful stay at the Ocean Real. The place was exactly as described. Loved the ease of not worrying about a key. The space was comfortable and perfect for my family. I loved the reserved parking. Was a blessing on nights we returned late. The staff were very nice. I loved how there were water & sand tots already there. It was a nice surprise. It was also nice how there was a DVD player. We rented movies & popped popcorn one night and it was a nice evening in. Loved the nice wide covered patio. Lots of sleeping options. Very spacious. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Enjoyed our trip

We enjoyed our stay. The condo is a little dated, but it served its purpose. The master bed is very firm and the ceiling fans made noises which made it difficult to sleep. Also, the blinds over the doors to the balcony were broken, so you had constant sunlight, so no sleeping in. We had one issue with the guest bathroom. It had a sewage smell that was awful, but a maintenance man did come repair it. We loved the location, and it was VERY easy to get to and from the beach. The balcony is huge! We loved that. We ended up leaving a day early due to the weather. We would stay here again. I’d rate it 7/10.

Overall a great place to stay.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: However I would like to mention that the beach umbrellas/canapés were all broken. In fact almost all the beach equipment was broken. I believe I say a broken beach chair in the corner of the laundry also. We are easy to please though, so it was no big deal to rent from the outside vendors. Also the building definitely needs more elevators. At least 1 out of the 3 was down every other day of our stay and there's an abundance of people waiting to go up and down.

David, thank you for your review and feedback. We do not supply beach chairs or umbrellas a lot of time these are left by previous guests. Than you for bringing these to our attention we will have house keeping remove those broken items. Since we do not manage the entire resort only this unit I cannot really comment on the elevators but I will pass the feed back to the resort management.
