Belle 4 chambres, 3 salles de bain maison professionnellement décorée au bord de l'eau. Fleur De Sound est la maison familiale parfaite pour jusqu'à 3 couples avec jusqu'à 5 enfants. Une terrasse couverte s'étend sur toute la longueur de la maison donnant sur le détroit de Santa Rosa. Nouveau plancher, réfrigérateurs et salle de bain principale rénovée en 2017, ainsi que la nouvelle télévision, Internet et téléphone AT&T U-verse en 2018. Beaucoup de mobilier d'extérieur confortable pour se détendre et manger en plein air sur le balcon couvert. Le nid de corbeau est idéal pour observer les poissons, les dauphins, les raies pastenagues, les pélicans, les feux d'artifice et les angles bleus. Le rez-de-chaussée a votre propre plage de sable blanc cassé, une table de pique-nique, un barbecue au charbon, des hamacs et des chaises Adirondack. Une douche extérieure chaude et froide est disponible pour rincer après une baignade dans le Sound. Un quai privé de 220 pieds peut être utilisé pour pêcher ou apporter votre propre bateau. Les eaux calmes de Santa Rosa Sound sont idéales pour la pêche, la natation, le paddle board et le kayak de mer.

Marcher sur la plage du golfe du Mexique est à seulement 3 pâtés de maisons. Les magasins, les restaurants et les divertissements sont tous accessibles à pied. L'âge minimum du locataire pour notre maison est de 25 ans.

Little Slice of Heaven

This was a family vacation to celebrate our daughter's 25th birthday. The home was perfect to accommodate our needs for our adult children, our 7-month-old grandson and our pups. From sipping coffee on the porch, to fishing on the dock, sunning in the sand, grilling, and hammock naps, we enjoyed every second of our stay. Many great restaurants just minutes away, and the property manager was great too. We will defiantly look forward to staying here again.

Peaceful Getaway

This property is amazing. We were looking for a comfortable and relaxing getaway where we could travel with our Golden Retriever. We achieved this and so much more. Their was a steady cool breeze on the sound. We were able to swim right off pier. The property manager went above and beyond his duties. Will definitely return.

Perfect

Never stayed in Pensacola before but will be back and hope this place is available. Fantastic property inside and out. Great deck space, private dock and beach. Stayed for over two weeks and sitting in the hammock watching the fish jump never got old. Sunrises and sunsets over the sound. Amazing. Well equipped kitchen.

Staycation

Although we live just across the Sound, we rented this beach house on the water for a family gathering. It had everything we wanted and needed. We rented a pontoon boat for three days and docked it at the house. We had adequate bedrooms and bathrooms for the family and our guests who came in and out. It was a wonderful week and this house made it so.

Best Pensacola Trip Ever!

I’m not sure I can say enough good things about this beautiful beach home. From booking to checking in with Jon, it could not have gone smoother. The home itself was not only beach perfect but it was immaculately clean. The kitchen was very well stocked and had absolutely anything you may need. We had so much fun with our pup as he was swimming in the sound and the beautiful uncrowned beach was just a short walk away. Mornings and evenings on the large deck were always quiet and relaxing. I really wanted to keep this perfect spot in paradise to myself but Scott, the owner, deserves ever accolade I could give. Already counting the days until our next visit.

Perfect spot

All communication with property manager was smooth and easy. Upon arrival, I could tell someone had really taken the time to clean this property. Easy sound access, and kids had fun jumping in from the pier. We had small kids with us, so we had to drive to the gulf (which we already planned), but the beach access was very easy for older kiddos and adults. I was pleasantly surprised how well the kitchen is stocked! Overall it was a great trip, and I’d 100% stay here again!

You will love this place

Excellent property. Loved everything about this place. Private dock for our boat. Beautiful views Of the Santa Rosa sound and gorgeous sunsets. Amazing deck area with tons of seating. 2 hammocks, a sand area and steps that go down right into the clear water bay. Kids loved it. Was like a huge swimming pool. Short drive to beach. We also took about a 30 min boat ride to a gorgeous beach by Fort McRee. The home was spacious with plenty of seating. It had a very well stocked kitchen (better then any place we’ve ever stayed before) and plenty of bath towels and beach towels. Was very clean. Even had doggie bags for the pet potty area outside. Really appreciated the attention to detail throughout. Property manager was kind and attentive. Very close to restaurants and shops and a short drive just across bridge to grocery store. Can’t wait to go back again.

Place looks brand new

Perfect location. Great doc for the boat. Awesome views. The place is so well maintained that it looks brand new. Outside areas are perfect. Detailed communications. The manager met us on arrival and upon departure.

Great house on the sound

Great house and location. Lots of open space for a family gathering. We really enjoyed our stay. House has everything we needed to cook for a large group for Thanksgiving. House was nicely decorated while still feeling welcoming. Great views. Short walk to beach. Lots of decking to relax and enjoy the waves.

Family Vacay

The house was perfect for our sons, daughter-in-laws, and 2 grandchildren. Having the extra refrigerator and plenty of table and bar seating was so nice for the family meals. Lots of shade and seating on deck was great for keeping and eye on everyone. Being on the bay side and large dock were great for the grandchildren and our seadoos.

Great place for adults and kids, and welcoming of pets.

Water front living in a residential neighborhood with a short walk to the center of Pensacola Beach. We stayed for 6 weeks in Febuary/March of 2022 and could not have been happier. It is well maintained with recent improvements including new deck, new floors, new bathrooms, etc. Well set up for guests and welcoming of pets. The owners could not have been more gracious.

Pet paradise!

This was our first time to travel with our dog Shadeaux. It was difficult to find a good property on the water that would take a pet. Your property was perfect! Very comfortable for us and the dog. Lots of pet friendly eateries nearby. Jon the property manager was friendly and very helpful. We had a great time even though it rained every day.

Great house & location

We’ve always stayed on the Gulf of Mexico beach side, which can be loud and a bit rowdy at times. This house is on the bay/sound side. The house is beautiful; conveniently located to all activities (shopping, restaurants, putt putt, jet skis, parasailing, etc.); peaceful and relaxing! We saw lots of fish and a stingray in the clear water standing on the dock and numerous types of birds; swimming was cool and pleasant; the numerous decks were sunny/shady according to your pleasure; and the two hammocks were very popular! Dining outdoors was fabulous! Our four vehicles had plenty of room, and no one was blocked in at all. Our party of eight were together when wanted, yet separate whenever quiet time was desired. Everyone enjoyed our stay!

Perfect Evacucation!

Luckily we had booked the property for a beach trip before Hurricane Ida struck the New Orleans area. The house was a great place to be during the storm. House was clean and as advertised. Location was perfect and the dogs loved their own private access to the sound. Will definitely book again...but just not during the height of hurricane season so we can actually enjoy our beach vacation!

We choose Santa Rosa Island because we love to vacation there. We have friends who live there, and it is very family oriented.

The 1,100 square foot covered deck overlooking the sound and private beach sold us on the house. Property feels nice secluded feel, but it is only a 10 minute walk to the hot spots of Pensacola Beach.
