The last step going down the dock is very slippery when the tide is up overall excellent will be back!

This home.is spectacular, the pictures online do not Justice for the real thing. I plan on returning. Just fyi dont over pack as the home has plenty of beach ready items. Thank you for sharing this space with us, it felt like home.

We loved everything about the property. The kitchen was fully equipped. The decor was lovely. We even had our own bit of Pensacola white sandy beach and crystal clear water.

Perfect spot!

We loved this little house. It was plenty of room for our family of 5. Walking distance to the beach and boardwalk which our teenagers loved. Very safe neighborhood and we loved our little sound-side beach. Highly recommend this place for families.

Great place especially w/ young children

The inside was perfect. Clean & spacious. Love the remodeling that was done inside. Outside, typical beach house. We enjoyed the beach area we had on the bay. Perfect area for the kids to play in the sand. Would rent again!

Very nice little house!

Very cozy little spot. Not as secluded as we expected as there is a house within 25 feet on three different sides of the house. A nice place for a home base. Close by everything on the island.

Perfect house for true beach fun

We live 20 mins away and were on a stay-cation because there is no other beach I'd rather stay at. The house was perfectly perfect!! Close walk to everything!! Great layout. I loved the the windows in tbe living room! It was just a wonderful week!!

What an amazing place! Thank you so much, the house and outdoor space was absolute heaven! So clean and everything was exactly as it was listed. We will be returning and looking forward to spending more days next time. My son is 11 and was so sad to leave. ❤️

Atherton Getaway

For the first time since all of our children moved away, about 7 years, we were all able to make arrangements to take this time together. It was a delightful little home. The views from the Master bedroom and the Living, Dining area were amazing!! We had to contact the office to get another propane tank and they delivered it before we could get back from the grocery. Private little beach for hunting for shells or a quick dip in the water. Just overall great place! We will be back.

Great location, beautiful views and being on the sound is like having a saltwater pool in your backyard. The only negatives for us was there was no propane in the grill and it would be great to have some instructions for the tv’s. We’ll definitely rent again!

It was very clean and well-maintained. We had 9 people for dinner one night and everyone was very comfortable. The management and staff are top notch! Paradise Bar & Grill has the BEST food. To address your statement that no one showed up - we did show up the same day and took pictures of the property and the contractor came out the very next day but you were not home on either occasion. I can see where you'd think we didn't come by because you weren't there to see that we did but I assure you that we did. We take managing our properties and taking care of our guests very seriously. We are sorry that we missed you and we hope this won't deter you from staying with us in the future.

The cottage was decorated beautifully. We saw dolphins, horseshoe crabs and tons of fish all the while floating in the water. The only bad thing was we had to leave but will be back next year.

Cute house, great location

We loved staying in this property over Thanksgiving week. The view is amazing. It looks like you're in the ocean looking out the living room windows. It was very quiet and relaxing and a great size for us - me, my husband, my 10 year old, and our two dogs. There was room for more guests. The only thing we didn't like was the mattress in the main bedroom is pretty worn down (two dips, one on each side) and hard so we didn't sleep as well as we could have. I love staying on the sound and this is a great location for that. I did slightly miss having a pier but that wasn't a deal-breaker. Would definitely stay again, especially if the master bedroom gets a new mattress.
