Maison de Vacances Toute Saison 5BD 3BA - AccÚs à la Plage Privée

VENEZ RESTER avec nous, juste avant le début de la saison complÚte pour un long week-end ou une semaine en juin. Réservez votre semaine de vacances dans ce plan d'étage ouvert avec une nouvelle cuisine avec des appareils en granit et en acier inoxydable, un nouveau plancher de bois franc, de nouvelles salles de bain, des terrasses et bien plus encore. Le rez-de-chaussée a 4BR et 2BA. La maison a également un tout nouveau niveau inférieur qui a une unité 1BR, 1BA qui est parfaite pour les enfants ou un deuxiÚme couple. Sea Del est une communauté privée de North Bethany Beach à distance de vélo des magasins et des restaurants de Bethany Beach. Cette maison est à quelques pas de la plage, sans route à traverser pour marcher jusqu'à l'océan! Profitez des sports nautiques et du golf à proximité. La cÎte du Delaware a quelque chose pour tout le monde.

We had a wonderful week in this beautiful house. It has everything we needed to accommodate our family for the week. The community and access to the ocean was perfect and we got to spend everyday on the beach.

Excellent North Bethany rental

House was as advertised. Great areas for gathering whether indoors or out. Downstairs separate unit was a bit damp and had a slight odor, but there was a dehumidifier and was fine. Overall, I would recommend the rental to any family.

Wonderful once Again

Our last stay review (7-31-22) was still spot on- fantastic location with easy walk to private beach, large house -with now updated kitchen appliances - that accommodates all age groups, with so many different gathering spaces ( though the fanned screen porch was always the favorite, even in this scorching hot week). So glad our family chose to return to this beach house- it was unanimous when we asked them where we should stay this visit, and no one was disappointed. (We left two more boogie boards for your use)

Beautiful house and community. There were few little general maintenance items that should be addressed. There is an incessant banging noise all night in master bedroom and downstairs bedroom that definitely needs to be looked onto. Some members of our group did not sleep well at all due to this issue. The property owner was extremely nice and responded quickly.

Awesome North Bethany Vacation

This house was perfect for our family (kids and grandkids). Great living space, kitchen and decks. Area under the house was great place for grandkids to play. If we had known the bottom level suite was so private, we would have invited another couple to come along! Great neighborhood and private beach. Overall awesome vacation and host was very easy to communicate with!

Our second stay

Was as nice as our visit last season. This is a perfect house for a family beach week. Plenty of room and a short walk to a beautiful, wide and uncrowded beach. See you next year.

Great Beach House

We enjoyed our stay! The house was in a great location. We enjoyed the outdoor screened in deck. Plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas and a wagon to pull everything to the beach. Owner was quick to respond when contacted.

A great week at a wonderful beach house

This property has everything you need for a great vacation in Bethany Beach. Plenty of room, a well equipped kithchen, spacious screened-in outdoor areas and lots of beach equipment for the short walk to a beautiful uncrowded beach. Our host Lance quickly responded to our questions and was very helpful. A perfect place for a family vacation.

A nice house and a great beach

We had four generations with 12 adults and five young children, the house support our visit very well. The owner was very responsive and great to deal with. It’s a short walk to the beach. No beach crowds. Although next to Highway 1, the only room with traffic noise was the sunroom in the back of the house, all windows. We really enjoyed our stay and would rent it again.

A little worn

The house was in a great community and the proximity to the beach was great. The house itself is a bit well worn. The one bathroom with a tub had sand in it when we checked in and the drain wasn’t working very well. The downstairs suite was nice but had a number of extra little insects sharing the space and definitely had a dampness to it. The outdoor shower also could use some TLC and bug spraying. The kitchen cookware could use some updating, especially the pots and pans. The kitchen did have a nice coffee maker and the appliances overall were in good shape. Ultimately, it was a decent property for our family to start our annual beach vacations at Bethany, but we’d probably look for something a little more updated going forward.

Bethany Beach Getaway

The house had plenty of room for my family of 4, actually we didn’t use the downstairs apt or guest bedroom at all (there was a strong musty smell to it though we did notice). I would say the house overall was adequate, but could use a little TLC. It was clean and provided all the basics and worked great for our first time in Bethany, though. We didn’t use the outdoor space at all because it felt a little too much like a campground. Maybe if there were a group of people it would’ve worked better, but just not for us. The living space was nice and spacious and we did love the newly renovated screened in porch and used it quite a bit. My only complaint was that it was so loud to sit outside. There really wasn’t a quiet place to relax. Again, maybe if we were a bigger group you wouldn’t notice it as much. The proximity to the beach was perfect (a short 5 minute walk) though and the neighborhood was beautiful! We loved using the big wagon and all the chairs and umbrellas provided. It was easy to get to the beach. I wish we could’ve walked or biked to the boardwalk (a little too far to walk and the highway was too dangerous imo for kids to bike on) but the short drive was easy enough and proximity to Rehobeth all the way to OC, MD was great. We had just one issue with the door lock and Lance was extremely responsive and solved our problem immediately. We had a great first trip to Bethany Beach!

Our Family Beach Week 2023

Over all our stay was wonderful. The community was among if not the most satisfying ever. The home it self was very accommodating. There was a few hiccups ,1. The front door entry lock wasn't functioning properly. 2. Multiple electrical outlets were scary loose. 3. Multiple TV's weren't performing up to par or at all.
