Located on the 2nd floor, You will find this spacious one bedroom condo offering a beautiful view of Mullet bay's golf course and Simpson bay lagoon, perfect for a romantic getaway.

As you step into the apartment you will find a well combination of modern furnitures. The interior is bright and the main living room facing the golf course and Simpson bay lagoon features an open-concept design with a super comfortable sofa and a flat-screen TV. The dining room has a design high table with seating for four and a spacious fully equipped kitchen including utensils and appliances such as induction cooktop, a microwave, an oven, a refrigerator with freezer and dishwasher.

Great property.

My husband and I spent 5 nights at Fourteen in a one bedroom unit. Our overall stay was great. The property was clean and quiet except for the occasional bark from a neighbor's dog. We were able to easily walk to Mullet Bay beach, the property provided a beach umbrella for us to use. The property also provided us with 2 beach towels and a beach bag, we used both daily. We were able to walk to a nearby convenience store to grab a few essentials. The pool looked great but we spent our time at various beaches. I was able to easily communicate with the property through email. The property is well lite. At night there was no need for nightlights, as the property lights illuminated the condo (the bedroom had blackout shades so it stayed dark). The living room sofa was able to be opened up into a bed. We had a very relaxing stay at Fourteen!

Best Beach

My wife and I have been to the island many times. The 14 was a beautiful property located near the most beautiful beach. We loved the Staff, restaurant and pool.Enjoyed the proximity to many fine off-site restaurants.We would highly recommend to others.

Like A 5* Hotel Room

The staff was very responsive. They were excellent.. It would be helpful to have some instructions about the use of the electrical receptacle block in the kitchen and the dishwasher. Hulu for the TV.
