Ce condo contemporain est au bord de la mer situé dans la communauté privée de Cupecoy Beach Club, à seulement 1 min de la frontière franco-néerlandaise. Ce luxueux gîte gated ressemble à un village blanc brillant et élégant sur une île grecque ensoleillée. L'entrée principale est encadrée par des arbres tropicaux luxuriants. Le salon principal et la chambre des maîtres ont une vue imprenable sur le ciel bleu, la mer des Caraïbes turquoise et d'autres îles.

Le décor intérieur contemporain a une ambiance française; Élégant et confortable. Des bois clairs avec des tissus de crème, de taupe, de gris et de citron. Le salon ouvert dispose d'une cuisine entièrement équipée avec tous les appareils. Le grand salon principal combine des espaces de repos, des restaurants et des médias.

Les deux chambres de taille égale ont des lits king size et une belle salle de bains avec douche et dressing. La chambre principale dispose d'un salon extérieur privé avec vue sur l'océan.

Bien que privé, vous êtes très proche des commodités. À seulement 1 minute à pied de la plage de Mullet, l'une des plus belles plages de l'île, à seulement 3 minutes en voiture de Porto Cupecoy avec un superbe marché gastronomique, des restaurants merveilleux et des vues magnifiques. Beautiful Condo

This was our 2nd visit to The Cliff and this beautiful condo. Love the upgrades to the condo that were made and the kitchen is really nice. You have everything you would ever need plus more with the amazing view of the ocean!

Cupecoy Beach

Overall, John, the owner was extremely hospitable and easy to communicate with-- he met our requests with ease.However, we had an issue with the AC in the master-bedroom-- it was running too low (66) and would not adjust or shut off, making the night very uncomfortable for us, so we had to sleep in the other queen bedroom with our toddler for 6 of our 7 nights, before it was fixed. No fault of the owner at all, but definitely made for an uncomfortable sleeping experience for the majority of our stay. The property is beautiful, neat and clean. The staff are pleasant. The pools are beautiful.Access to Cupecoy Beach is not easy, especially if you have small children-- so would not rely on this beach, but rather have to walk/drive to neighboring Mullet Bay Beach. The access to Cupecoy is down a set of steps, but with a huge rock formation on the beach which you have to climb over-- unsafe in general and depending on tide levels could become obscured by water making it further treacherous. Strip of beach is small and by afternoon water does get high. Not a place for small children in my opinion. Wish they would advise of this prior to, since it really does limit your access to the private beach.

The Cliff was spectacular!

Our stay at The Cliff was amazing. From our initial interactions with John in booking this amazing unit, he was more than accommodating. Upon arrival to our unit, first impressions were pics do not do this place justice. The unit was extremely clean with an incredible view. Everything was perfect and we felt comfortably at home the entire week. We had one small issue with a shower and the concierge, Stacey, was immediately responsive and the issue was resolved before we returned that evening. We most definitely would love to return to The Cliff and stay in this unit again.

Wonderful stay!

Perfect accommodations for families! Nice pool area, private beach with good snorkeling and an amazing view of the most beautiful water in the Caribbean. It is so nice to have a full kitchen, there is a grocery store within a 3 minute walk. We relaxed on the terrace in the evening and watched movies every night. The restaurant is 5 stars as well! We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful view

Our condo was on the 2nd floor of the building over the pool. The condo was bigger than the pictures imply - there was plenty of room! The pool did get loud with kids but overall it was a great location. We loved having access to the beach for sunsets and the pool for lounging. We were able to walk to Fat Tony’s for a couple dinners and there were 3-4 breakfast spots within walking distance. We drove everywhere else- traffic here stinks. Beautiful island and friendly people. There is a lot of cigarette smoking and it is allowed at the pool and in restaurants which we weren’t expecting, not a plus for us. The beaches were stunning!!

Wow, simply amazing

Loved this place. Had everything we need plus more. From the pool, beach, restaurants, local market for groceries all within 5 min walk. From the views, the welcoming people, this by far was me and my wife’s best vacation. Very fast response times and communication. Most definitely will be coming back.

My husband and I traveled with another couple.The unit was clean,spacious and well appointed.The property is beautiful with fabulous views.We enjoyed the infinity pool as well as the indoor lap pool.A very relaxing vacation.

GREAT STAY

In a heartbeat my husband and I would stay here again. The condo was roomy, the view incredible, the staff were courteous, friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them. The host was excellent as well communicating with us with any questions we had. Don't hesitate to book this place. We pretty much had the beach to ourselves wvich we loved. We asked the staff for pool noodles and used these yo float around in the ocean, as there is a steep drop-off in the water. Loved our stay. We will be back.

The Cliffs

We had a great time here at the Cliffs. The front dest staff were wonderful..The apartment was very clean, and if had everything that we needed there.The only negative is the frequent poweroutages and he hot water being low when taking a shower.

Perfect beach get away

The condo was perfect. Just as described. We visited in the slow season and had the beach and pool mostly to ourselves. It was spectacular. Our flight was cancelled leaving due to weather and the host was very responsive and allowed us to extend another day. 5 stars. We will be back!

Was great. Location. Property owner was very nice. Advertisment was so accurate. We loved. One thing disappointed was the elevator was down the entire time. Lucky us we were in lower floor we could use the stairs

Excellent Location and View

The second time I stay at The Cliff. The building is beautiful as well as the pool area and beach right at the bottom of the cliff. The apartment was clean and very comfortable and is oceanfront and an amazing view close to restaurants, airport and Mullett Beach. Just amazing.

Very Beautiful Condo

We really loved the unit and the building. Very spacious with 2 1/2 baths and two bedrooms. The balcony area was also beautiful with nice cushioned lounge chairs. Perfect for sitting and reading a book! Communication with the owner John was good as well. we brought a few things to his attention and he did get back to us within less than a day. None of the issues were urgent. My only real suggestion would be to invest in some blackout curtains for the master bedroom. Full sun by 5:30 AM. we would definitely stay in this unit again. I loved the location and the fact that it is only one floor up and we could walk the stairs. The pool is resort like and grounds are beautiful!

Week of paradise at the Cliff

Listing as advertised. 4 of us had a great time in Sint Maarten. The infinity pool is clean and beautiful. The view down to the water and beach added bonus. Basically a private beach down the private steps to the beach. Sand so soft and the water clear when waves die down. We were able to do snorkeling at the beach. Just have to time when waves diminished. Normally not an issue on most days. Easy short walking distance to our favorite beach, Mullet Beach. Food at Rosie’s was amazing there on the beach. Water crystal clear. Organic market for groceries worked great. Prices seemed very reasonable. The Cliff is definitely worth making your home for a getaway.

Awesome Property

Staying this past week at the Cliffs was one of our best vacations ever. John's property is top shelf and we have nothing but praise for the property, location and beach access. The infinity pool is incrediable, grounds are well maintained, unit overlooks the pool and ocean which was a highlight of our stay. Excellent location on the island providing a quiet relaxing stay. We will definately return to this property at the Cliffs.
