La Dolce Vita (qui peut être louée comme une chambre aussi en basse saison) est située au bord de la mer, dans la communauté privée de Cupecoy Beach Club, à seulement 1 minute de la frontière franco-néerlandaise. Ce joyau fermé luxueux ressemble à un village blanc brillant et élégant sur une île grecque ensoleillée. L'entrée principale est encadrée par des arbres tropicaux luxuriants. Le salon principal et la chambre principale offrent une vue imprenable sur le ciel bleu, la mer turquoise des Caraïbes et d'autres îles.

La décoration intérieure contemporaine a une ambiance française; élégant et confortable. Bois clairs avec des tissus crème, taupe, gris et citron vert. Le salon ouvert dispose d'une cuisine entièrement équipée avec tous les appareils. Le grand espace de vie principal combine des espaces de détente, de restauration et multimédia.

Les deux chambres de taille égale ont des lits king size et une belle salle de bain avec douche à l'italienne et dressing. La chambre principale dispose d'un coin salon extérieur privé avec vue sur l'océan.

Bien que privé, vous êtes très proche des commodités. À seulement 1 minute à pied de Mullet Beach, l'une des plus belles plages de l'île, à seulement 3 minutes de route de Porto Cupecoy avec un formidable petit marché gastronomique, de merveilleux restaurants et une vue imprenable. Deux minutes de plus pour le restaurant Escape, la nouvelle brasserie branchée du restaurant; le code à barres décontracté; le restaurant de poisson gastronomique, Blue Fin; STARZ casino et juste au-delà; les veilleuses de Maho. En 5 minutes, vous atteignez l'aéroport, 10 minutes de la charmante capitale française Marigot et environ 30 minutes de Grand Case ou de Phillipsburg.

Great stay at amazing location

Apartment is big with 3 full bathrooms and very spacious bedrooms. Kitchen is well stocked, balcony is huge with sea views. Cheking in and out was a breeze. Location cant be better, steps to picturesque private beach and walking distance to Mullet beach and Carrefour supermarket. Nice restaurants and many other beaches a few minutes by car. Would return without hesitation.

I had a great time here. John did an amazing job yet again. The villa was an older villa. But it was a great location. The property was older needs some improvements but great views. We loved it. The host did an amazing job when ever i had a request or question he responded right away.

This condo did not disappoint. It had everything the two of us needed for a perfect beach vacation. Walking distance to Mullet Beach and Cupecoy Beach. Amazing views from the two balcony’s. John and Stacey were always quick to answer any questions we had. Bonus….the pool bar served delicious items prepared by an Italian Chef. The bartender served fun cocktails. We would definitely stay there again.

We loved our stay. Cupecoy Beach Club is in a great location. Steps to Mullet Bay Beach, nearby grocery store and restaurants, safe gated quiet community, nice pool. This particular condo is on the second floor with a stunning view of the ocean as far as you can see. 3 full bathrooms, plenty of space, everything you need. There were a few dirty dishes in the cabinet and these tiny ants in the kitchen with bait/traps that looked like they were trying to contain it but overall it was clean, well stocked, everything worked, good hot water and perfect location. Laundry in the unit, plenty of towels. I would not hesitate to come back.

I would give this place a solid B. Bottom line is that it’s spacious, the location is excellent, it’s reasonably comfortable, but it is in no way luxurious. This second floor unit is on the water. Below are cliffs, and it’s a short walk to either Mullet or Cupecoy beaches, which are both excellent. The complex itself is dated but usable, with an excellent pool and staffed with a bartender and a cook at the swim-up bar.Excellent host-personable, flexible and helpful. The concierge, meh. Once she checked us in, she disappeared. There were three beach chairs, one of which was broken, and a beach umbrella with broken ribs, none of which she was willing to replace.Now, onto the unit. It is old, I’d say about 30-40 years old, and has never been renovated, as far as I can tell, and it desperately needs it. The kitchen is a cheap builders kitchen, with chipped cupboards and yellowing plastic handles. The dishwasher, while functional, is also yellowed and old and noisy. There is a 4-burner gas cooktop with no exhaust fan(!). Never got the oven to work. Plates, utensils and cooking appliances are cheap and basic, often with chipped glasses or dull knives. Bathrooms are clean but old, and the tiles in the master bath are lifting because the grout has broken away. Beds were firm but the sheets were thin. Air conditioning was excellent, but the sliding glass doors to the patios needed two strong arms to push them open and closed.For 1000CDN a night I expected more
