Amazing location, beautiful property, all the amenities we needed for a wonderful vacation. The apartment was well appointed, the grounds were meticulous, the gym was great too. Very comfy beds. Can’t wait to go back!

Terrific stay in beautiful condo!

The unit was large, clean, and well stocked. The beds were very comfortable and the view overlooking the marina was spectacular. Our host, John, was quick to respond to our questions and needs. The restaurants in the marina were excellent. It was a terrific stay!

Great Stay in Porto Cupecoy

The property was clean and very spacious as advertised. The crowd at the bar next door can get really loud as warned, but it's not every night. Everything you need is provided by the host including extra linens and towels. The onsite grocery store is very convenient. The TV in the main area is Roku TV only so even if you subscribe to the streaming apps most services do not allow international viewing of those services. Netflix was all we had as the other apps did not work. No live or local TV stations are available, but this was a minor issue. I would definitely secure this property again in the future if it's available. Thanks John.

Lovely location to enjoy SMX

The condo is spacious and well appointed. There was plenty of space for our family of 4. We all loved the view from the balcony, watching the boats in the marina. The location is excellent - if you don't want to drive a lot, there's great restaurants and a grocery store right in the plaza. The only downside is that because the apartment is adjacent to the plaza, there was some noise from the bar below a few nights. It's a trade-off for being so centrally located. Overall, we had a great stay and would be happy to return!

Wonderful visit for Thanksgiving

Wonderful visit for Thanksgiving. The unit is in a great location, and has all need an amenities. The unit is very comfortable and spacious. Very nice views. Check in process was seamless, and communication was very easy. Everything needed was in the unit. There is a supermarket on property, and a number of good restaurants for breakfast lunch and dinner.

John was nice and helpful. He responded to any questions we had in a timely manner. The property itself was gorgeous. The onsite shopping, restaurants and grocery store was definitely convenient. And the covered parking was a great plus! I would stay at this location again and recommend it to future travellers.

EXCELLENT LOCATION

I absolutely love the condos. We booked through John and he is perfect. From the outside, the condos don't look like much, but once you are inside it is very nice. I stayed in Paradise Island. The views are breathtaking. The beach isn't far just a 5 minute walk. The condos are in Porto Cupecoy and directly across the street from all of the action. You really can't ask for a better location.

Perfect place to stay in St Maarten, marina view

This was my first time to a Porto Cupecoy. It was an AMAZING vacation and honeymoon. Our condo was a two bedroom suite, overlooking the Marina of Porto Cupecoy. It was big, beautiful and clean. Our concierge team was John and Gwen. They were AMAZING, SWEET, ATTENTIVE AND PROFESSIONAL.

Paradise with Marina view

This was our first stay at Porto Cupecoy, and we loved it! We stayed in this Marina condo with a partial ocean view off our balcony and Porto Cupecoy Marina. The staff was extremely friendly and courteous throughout the week, and we were pleased with the services we received and the entertainment options offered. Our room was very spacious with a comfortable bed. We really enjoyed trying all the different restaurants on property - our favorite was Mario bistrot's on the marina. We would definitely recommend visiting the island. For the restaurants requiring reservations (Altro and Rendez Vous Lounge), you definitely want to make them as soon as you get there as these filled up quickly. Overall, it was an amazing vacation and a great first experience with Sint Maarten.

Stunning and very peaceful Sint Maarten retreat.

We stayed in this beautiful residence on our visit to Sint Maarten island and cannot rate it highly enough. The place is spotless, well equipped and tastefully decorated to a very high standard. The Concierge, Mr John, is one of the most pleasant and helpful people we have ever met on our travels. Highly recommended.

The well named Marina Gem!

We have stayed at Porto Cupecoy condo for a couple of nights. We knew that Porto Cupecoy condo had great reviews on Tripadvisor, however, the reality and stay there were beyond our expectations! The concierge and the apartments were really fantastic. He organizes everything with precision and is very helpful and caring in any situation. Our condo was big and fully equiped with anything needed for people traveling. The modern kitchen had anything we needed as dishwasher, coffee machine etc. Also things like dishwasher tables, washing powder, water and some food etc were in place. The tumble dryer and washing machine were also in the apartment, in separated washing room. We were feeling there home. If you wish to have breakfast, there you would be surprised by the selection of fresh products and quantity and quality of food. The beautiful Porto Cupecoy Marina is very closed to the apartment. The condo is surrounded by marina view. Thank you very much John for making our stay at Porto Cupecoy extraordinary. We’ll come back one day.

Peaceful and quiet place

Wow, what a vacation! This condo was excellent and close to everything. Easy trips to spectacular beaches and awesome snorkeling spots. Excellent restaurants are within a couple miles. You feel like you are on a cruise ship, while sitting in the living room - without the seasickness :). This condo comes with most everything you could need for a wonderful vacation: a well stocked kitchen, plenty of beach towels, , you name it. When we return to Sint Maarten we will definitely look to stay in this condo again.

Nice area, great view, I will be back!

We have rented other condos in various places and this was the absolute best. Everything was exactly as pictured or described. The unit was immaculate, fully stocked, and everything worked. The view is spectacular and it is close to the places important to us (snorkeling beach, grocery store). The owners were both responsive and business-like. They provided immediate responses to email, lots of information on what to see and do, and very clear written materials in the condo. We would love to come back again.
