You are right in the center of Brookline Village - a quaint neighborhood in Brookline that feels like a small town. The apartment is surrounded with several restaurants, coffee shops, stores and more.

This chic one bedroom offers high ceilings, large bay windows, hwd floors, exposed brick, and in-unit laundry. Bedroom offers a full sized bed with French doors, living room furnished with a sleeper sofa, dining table and desk. Step outside to numerous restaurants, shops, and cafes. Brookline Village D line stop is a 3 min walk, bus lines with direct access to Longwood Medical hospitals found across the street. This unit is ready to be your next new short term home.
Rated with a 94 walk score. A stoneâs throw to the D line and multiple bus routes. Less than 1 mile to Longwood Medical hospitals, under two miles to Boston, and a 7 minute walk to Coolidge Corner make this the ideal location.
After your reservation has been confirmed, we will email you a contract for you to review and sign. The contract will just outline the basic house rules.
Pets are considered on a case by case basis. Please let us know if you will be bringing a pet. There is an additional $150 pet cleaning fee per pet as the apartment has to go through a special cleaning after your stay. Guests bringing pets will be required to sign a pet contract.
Parking is available at $250/mo. Please let us know if you will be needing a parking spot.
Please note , for any stays 28 days and longer an additional cleaning fee of $100 will be charged.
Parking is at a first come first serve basis and has to be reserved ahead of time to guarantee a space.
Pack n' Play/ High top chair available upon request for $10/night.
There is a $150 lost key fee.
