If you’re looking for a place to vacation with family this is it! The owner was easy to work with and responded quickly. The house was lovely and the pool was the best part!

Wonderful home!

We loved the nice clean home and warm pool. The listing was accurate and communication with the home owner was easy. We all enjoyed the pool, and the privacy of the fenced in backyard was great. Overall it was everything we hoped for and would stay here again. Thanks for a great experince.

Ok property

Very easy to access, good neighborhood and very spacious. My only problem was that I kept seeing small roaches (about 6 during my stay). one was dead in the bathroom as soon as we checked in which I dismissed cause it is Florida. But, then I saw a couple in the kitchen and one dead in the freezer. Sounds way worse than it was but these were the facts. There was no sign of a horrible infestation though. The backyard was a bit unkept and the pool was pretty dirty but I’m not sure if that was the storm that passed through or if they just hadn’t serviced it . My family and I were finally able to swim in it the day before we left after the pool was serviced. The management was quick to answer any questions I had, but I never asked them to fix any of the issues. Otherwise it was still a good property. Beds were soft. Just not exactly what I envisioned.

Wonderful stay

Clean, organized, and accommodating. Pool was warm and ready to use on day one. Any concerns or comments were answered quickly and professionally. We'd definitely stay here again.

So-so

The location was a little too far from the beach than I wanted. 9 miles equals 35 mins. There were no instructions actually in the house. No pool rules or instructions on how to actually use the hot tub. The only toilet paper was what was on the rolls, so when we ran out we had no TP. They charge a $200 cleaning fee but actually require you to wash AND dry the towels before you leave. We have stayed at MANY vrbo houses and have never been asked to actually do laundry. The house was nice....the experience wasn't great.

Stay in Palm Bay

The problem we had was German roach’s, we found two in the freeze, 2 alive in the refrigerator and 1 dead. We did find multiple roaches in the kitchen with a few dead ones. That was very very difficult to deal with. My husband stepped onto the damp carpet in the spare bath and it slid out from under him and he had a terrible fall onto the bathtub that almost required an er visit. The property manager said he should seek medical treatment but they would not be involved with it. The last issue I had was having to wash the towels before we left in the morning. I had to wake up an hour early to shower and get the towels in the wash and dryer, and had to get the dishwasher loaded and started and get the garbage out.Overall the house was nice with a great pool. There is spa attached to the pool but not a jacuzzi. The visit would have been great without the roach’s and the fall and the overall cleanliness appeared to be good. We would not stay here again. The management company seemed to the issue not the host.

Great spot in Palm Bay

The house was everything the online post said it was. The interior was updated and comfortable. The pool and outdoor cooking made for a couple great afternoons of entertaining. Beds were comfortable! It felt like home away from home. Look forward to our next trip to Palm Bay.

Very nice house!

This house was very nice and had everything we wanted especially a heated pool and hot tub. The rooms were all perfect for our family. We were close to shopping and restaurants. We wish it would have had a screened in porch but it didn’t and we still had a great time. The co-host answered back immediately when we had a question. We would definitely consider this property again!!!
