Great Stay!

Nice place. Much larger inside then it looks. My family and I enjoyed the back yard and the rec room. We plan to visit again.

Wonderful!

Loved the location - close to the beaches (and the one that allows dogs), Ballard Park, Wickham Park, and many restaurants. Property listing was accurate with nice extras like beach chairs, umbrellas, toys for kids, dog dishes. Huge fenced in backyard. Hosts were super nice and gave us notifications for space launches and restaurant recommendations. Would love to stay here again!

Great Family vacation location

This property was exactly as discribed. It was nicely stocked with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The game room was the family favorite. We loved having access to beach chairs, towels and other items needed for the beach. Communication with the host was great and informed us of several rocket launches that took place while we where there.

Great place for FIT families

We were in town visiting our son at FIT. This home was great. The home was clean, the showers were nice, and the beds were comfortable. We would absolutely choose to stay here again.

The home was well decorated, impressively clean. The communication was great with our host Daniel, he even sent us schedules for the rocket launch for the week. The doggie treats and wine bottle was a nice touch. We will definitely stay there when we visit Melbourne.

Everything was perfect! The place was very clean and ideal for our family and 2 dogs. The host has done a wonderful job of organizing the home. Communication was prompt and courteous. We definitely will use this location again!

Great home with wonderful owners

We are hopeful of booking this home again next year. We were there with family; a total of 10 people with varying ages and had the best time ever. We also had 2 toy Yorkies with us who loved staying there as well. There is everything you would want from a rental and much much more. The home is beautiful, spacious, and very well maintained. You will not go wrong renting this beautiful home for any length of stay.

Great Stay

We really enjoyed our time at this house. It was clean and comfy. Located in a quiet neighborhood. A short drive to the beach, shopping, and food locations. The host was great with communication. We would definitely stay here again when we visit Florida in the future.

Bday Trip

Brought my 18th yr old daughter and 6 of her teenage friends and my niece to Melbourne beach for the weekend. Wonderful atmosphere and tasteful cozy home. Host was exceptional and communicate well. Updates with events that’s going on for the time frame that we’ve stayed. Would recommend and love to come back. Thank you so much. We had a blast.

Wedding weekend

We had a great time! The property is very centrally located in Melbourne and there is plenty room for family/ bigger groups. The game table is lots of fun and the house is beautiful and clean. Highly recommend.

Nice and spacious.

Property was very clean and well appointed. Kitchen was very well equipped. Primary bedroom/bath was luxurious. Living spaces were welcoming. Second bathroom and the remaining two other bedrooms were as advertised. All beds were comfortable. Host was very attentive to any communications.

Backyard fun

We loved our month stay! Especially our dog. She loved watching the squirrels in the trees and the Sandy yard. We also enjoyed sitting out and enjoying it ourselves. We even brought back memories by playing croquet. The house had everything we needed.

An amazing home away from home!
