This is an executive level home surrounded with plenty of restaurants, grocery stores and fun things to do. It is a short 5 to 10 minute drive to downtown Calgary.

In this home you will find all the basics you will need to ensure a comfortable and cozy stay. There is a backyard deck with BBQ and patio to enjoy hanging out outdoors.

A entire home surround sound system is present with auxiliary input options. Great for music lovers.

The premium kitchen has 2 stoves. You can good a roast beef and a turkey at the same time. The fridge is huge and you have a 5 burner gas range stove.

In the Master bedroom washroom, there is a jetted bath tub to help relax the muscles after a long day.

Another great stay

Each time we stay here as a family we find there is more comfort and entertainment. The added items kept the children entertained. The puzzles were great. Lots of space for 10 of us.

Lots of room for our family, not only to sleep, but also to play for the kids. The owner helped us out with any questions we had, and was able to meet a need for us. Great stay!

The Calgary crew gathering

Property was great! We had seven people stay and there was lots of space for everyone. It’s a good location with grocery and other little stores within walking distance and a short drive to downtown. I definitely recommend this property and would again.

We enjoyed our stay at this house. It was just what we needed for our large group. We had no issues at all and the host, Han was great at making sure everything was like it should be. Would stay here again!

Great stay

The house was very spacious for our whole group. All the rooms had enough room and I would definitely stay again. Only issue I had was that there was some hard water stains in the toilet taps in all washrooms. Other than that, the house was good and then I would definitely stay again.

Spacious home, friendly host

We had a family gathering, and 9 of us needed a place to stay. Luckily we could stay at this rental for a second time. Good amount of bedding, towels, and dishes for a big group.

Great Place!

A great place and a great location, so close to downtown. Our communication with the host was quick and efficient, the place is so roomy and was well set up for our group of 8 girls. Would definitely stay here again! The only that would make it perfect is a hot tub!

Excellent place

Me and my friends were looking for a place to stay for a trip and it was perfect for us. We had 13 people stay at the house and it was very spacious and didn’t seem crowded. Super clean and an easy location to find with lots of stuff within walking distance. Han was very responsive to any needs that we had. Overall it was a great stay and none of the people staying had any complaints.

Han was great to communicate with. The house was clean and the location was great! It was hot, so a few a fans upstairs would have been nice. Overall great place to stay.

Very enjoyable stay

My family and I booked this property for a short stay while we were in Calgary for a wedding. There were 9 adults and 2 children (1 and 3) and the house worked out great for us! The location is excellent, the house was very well stocked and well kept, and the host was amazing to work with. I would highly recommend staying here if you are looking to stay in Calgary.

A very clean, well kept house. Lots of space for extended family of 11, with a large age span. Well stocked with towels, dishes, and daily supplies. Quick communication with the lovely and helpful owner. I highly recommend this property.

Calgary Zoo trip

Han was a great host. Property was amazing. We didn’t enjoy the check in process as my VRBO app crashed, no fault to the property or host. In the end it all worked out. A couple people in our group of 8 had to sleep on couches. Highly recommend this place for a group of 6!

Spacious, clean house close to downtown.

Highly recommend Han's place, whether you're traveling for business or with family. Super spacious, clean, and a short Uber ride to downtown. Lots of places to eat within walking distance of the property as well. No issues with parking. Fast internet for Zoom calls, etc. if you're there for work. No AC but the house didn't feel too hot and there are fans. Han was quick to reply and very flexible. 10/10 would recommend.

Great location, close to all amenities and downtown. Plenty of street parking as well as a garage for a vehicle. House is roomy and comfortable for a family if 5 and definitely would be acceptable for 7-9 people with plenty of room for each person to their own space. Linens and furnishings are VERY basic for the additional bedrooms, probably would have expected something a bit more based on the listing descriptions. House was relatively clean with the exception of refrigerator interior not cleared out or wiped down and some bit of random thrash in cabinets. Cleaner probably missed during turnover. Easy check-in process and timely responses from host.

Family Wedding

The house accommodated our family of 9 very well, and was adequately equipped. Despite not being air conditioned, there were fans in all the rooms. We were however very disappointed that we were unable to host the Rehersal Dinner as our reservation was initially cancelled (by the host), when we informed the the property host that we would be having a family BBQ. The grooms family was visiting from New Zealand and so with his family and ours, the number of people exceeded 16 .( the number we were informed that we could not exceed) The home could have easily accommodated everyone for this event, The main reason we rented a VRBO was so that we could be together, as this was the only advantage over staying in a hotel.It is unfortunate that there are such stringent rules regarding house guests.

Family Trip

Thank you for letting us stay in your wonderful home. It was a perfect fit for our family, with room for our toddler, baby and grandparents to spread out, have our own spaces when necessary but come together as a family on the awesome main floor which is well set up for cooking, family meals and entertaining. The home is very modern and has a wonderful primary bedroom suite with an amazing bathroom, waterfall shower, which walks through into a large sized closet. We would gladly stay here again in the future and hope other families choose to stay here too.
