We had a wonderful time at this cabin. The location was perfect giving the mountain feel but yet close to town as we had to make a few quick runs for food. We cooked our Thanksgiving dinner and they had everything we needed. My son loved the game room and I loved the sauna I used it every night. We were able to use the fireplace the entire time once we were able to figure out how to use it I think the sticker may need some work. We did have a hard time with the remotes at first as the guests before had them all in different rooms but the owner was very quick to help and communicate then offered to have someone come to help. We would definitely stay again here.

Wonderful cabin for families

The cabin was beautiful, clean, and exactly as described. There were even more amenities than advertised, like a Keurig as well as a regular coffee maker, a hammock swing, and small bottles of shampoo and conditioner. The cabin isn’t huge, but there was more than enough space for the six of us, with both indoor and outdoor spaces to spend time. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect!

This cabin is well stocked with everything you could need. The furniture and beds were comfy and i was decorated nicely. Everything worked beautifully! Very easy to find and no steep roads. It was a perfect stay for my husband and I. There are tons of games for kids as well.

Easy Access

A beautiful place close to the main strip of Gatlinburg for easy access to all the attractions, but still out away from the noise. More than enough room, this place has everything. Looking to book again in the future. Definitely recommended.

Very close to Rocky Top Sports World

We stayed here over a weekend for a volleyball tournament. This cabin is less than 5 minutes from RTSW. The cabin has been recently remodeled. We had everything we needed. Plenty of kitchen items were provided as well as spices. There is a Keurig and a regular coffee machine. K cups, creamers, and sweetners are provided. Loved the little touch of a bottle of wine and snacks as a welcome gift. Showers are hot and beds are comfy. Communication with the host was easy and she was very responsive. We will definitely book here again.

Perfect mountain cabin getaway!

Gorgeous cabin with all the amenities one could need! Our children really enjoyed the arcade games and game room along with the bunk beds. We loved the sauna and soaking in the hot tub after exploring all day. Highly recommend and can't wait to come back!

Great find

We loved the location of the property. We stayed the week of Christmas to New Years, and we quickly learned this is one of the busiest weeks of the year! The location allowed us to take back roads often to avoid the main roads. Hot tub and game rooms were the highlight for our kids. We appreciated the extra blankets available and the snacks upon arrival. Highly recommend!

Wonderful mountain cabin

The Family Lodge is very clean, comfortable and a perfect place for the whole family to enjoy and relax. All ages had spots to hang out and have fun. The kitchen is very well equipped, the game room is amazing and having the gas logs in the living room was wonderful after coming down from Anakeesta on a cold night. There are plenty of bath towels, hot tub towels and extra blankets. Having TVs in all the rooms made it nice for tired adventurers to unwind at the end of the day. The location is great; close to so many attractions and easy to get to. Plenty of easy parking at the cabin. Communication with Elizabeth, property manager, was great. She answered immediately and was super helpful with any of our needs or questions. Check in and checkout were very easy and straightforward. I loved the fact that so little was required from us at checkout, it made for a very relaxing last morning. Upon arrival we found a basket of snacks including some microwave popcorn, it was a lifesaver with 4 hungry little ones :) Our stay at The Family Lodge was perfect....we will be back!

60th Birthday Celebration

Friends and family came to celebrate my 60th birthday. We had beautiful weather and the cabin was exactly what we needed for the get together. It was well stocked for cooking and also had extras like a grill with charcoal. We will definitely stay here again!

The Best Place to Stay

We are so happy we selected this place for our family vacation. There was something for everyone (sauna, game room, hot tub, outdoor fire pit, 2 beautiful outdoor decks, etc) The beds are very comfortable. Very clean, great communication from owners, so peaceful and beautiful location. Was easy to get to. We will definitely come back and will be booking with this VRBO family. Thank you!
