Cozy Bear Cabin is located less than 10 minutes to downtown Gatlinburg, and 1/2 mile to the Arts & Crafts District! Wonderful area of Gatlinburg! Restaurants, pubs, coffee shops, and Wine/tapas all within minutes drive from our cabin.

Our Cabin:
3 King Bedroom, 3 full bath, Privacy In The Trees, Level Parking, 1/2 mi walk to Trolley Stop.
As you enter the MAIN LEVEL you find a very spacious living area with fireplace, high ceilings, and lots of windows, dining area, full kitchen, coffee bar, king bedroom, and full bath.

The UPSTAIRS LEVEL has the king master bedroom with private bath, double vanities, and it's own deck.

All can enjoy the spacious LOWER LEVEL family room with pool table, Arcade, lots of windows, fireplace, TV, a king bedroom, full bath, and washer and dryer. There is lots of room to spread out inside.
Our cabin is tucked away in the gorgeous woods of Gatlinburg. No steep hills on a mountainside to get here!

Enjoy the cozy wooded views with a cup of coffee outside on the covered, wraparound decks. On the main level deck, you can relax in the hot tub or in front of the fireplace. The cabin furnishes wireless internet access, Smart televisions in every room, pool table, MULTICADE arcade machine, charcoal grill, 3 gas fireplaces, and central heat and air.

We know how hectic it can be getting into town, and trying to pick up all the supplies you need! We try our best to keep the cabin stocked with household necessities such as garbage bags, laundry detergent, paper towels, etc!. Please keep in mind, it may run out during your stay depending on how many people are in your party, and the length of your stay! But we do our best to stock it!

A portion from every rental goes straight to support orphans around the world through an organization called The Boaz Project! We want to say a big thank you in advance to any of our future guests for helping us to help vulnerable children of the world!

Cozy Bear Cabin was wonderful

The cabin was perfect! Close to downtown yet removed enough to be in the quiet woods. Home is very clean and spacious. Owner was great to work with she answered any questions timely.

Great cabin, clean and spacious family area. Bedrooms were spacious. Game room downstairs was nice but lacked comfy seating. Other than that - great place to stay!

Perfect place to stay.

This rental was fantastic for our trip to Gatlinburg. The location was ideal- in a very quiet mountain setting but only a short drive to downtown and all the activities. The house was clean and well stocked with everything you would need during your stay. The hot tub and pool table helped keep the kids entertained. We would definitely come back to stay again.

The cabin was just what we needed. My adult children and their spouses stayed with my husband and myself. The cabin worked great for everyone having their own bathroom and king size bed. We made use of the pool table and arcade game. The weather became bad and we had to leave a day early but it was still a great time.

Amazing fall getaway!

We came here with our 1 and 3 year old children and this cabin was amazing. From checkin to check out, we had zero issues and the cabin was very clean. When we checked in, the floors were a little dirty from the prior stay and they sent the housekeeper over almost instantly to do a second clean! The location was amazing, only a 5 min drive to the main strip, and we will likely book this cabin again!

Fun Fall family get away

Nice cabin with three separate floors, three comfortable king size beds were great! We loved the outdoor fireplace on wraparound deck! The drive from Gatlinburg was convenient. The quaint area where the cabin is located with coffee shops, book store, and grocery store is perfect!

Cozy Bear Cabin

Very comfortable cabin. Three levels each with own bathroom and king size beds in each bedroom. Outdoor fireplace on deck is amazing! Only thing that would make it better is a Mountain View…very close to downtown Gatlinburg. We enjoyed every minute!

Great Cabin Near Gatlinburg

My family of 4 (my husband, myself and two kids 18yrs and 21 yrs) really enjoyed our stay in this cabin. All of the bedrooms are good size and the beds were really comfortable. We loved the jacuzzi, pool table, and arcade game! The cabin was stocked with everything we needed: paper products, bed linens, hand soap, dish soap, etc. The coffee bar was such a nice touch! The cabin itself is in a very quiet, relaxing area. We spent an afternoon checking out the nearby arts and crafts shops and enjoyed milkshakes at the Glades Soda Fountain just down the road - so quaint! There is a grocery store just about 5 min away and downtown Gatlinburg is 10 min away (or less). We enjoyed shopping and dining in downtown Gatlinburg and spent our afternoons exploring GSM Nat'l Park. I highly recommend the nearby Roaring Fork Motor Trail - so scenic and we saw a baby bear! Overall, I really recommend this cabin if you are vacationing in Gatlinburg. I would also add that the owner was very helpful and quick to respond to all of my questions. It was a great vacation. We will consider renting again if we return to the area! Thank you!

Wonderful Cabin for Relaxation

Our family of 6 very much enjoyed our stay at Cozy Bear Cabin. Having 3 large bedrooms each with king size beds and its own bathroom was excellent. We loved that this cabin was in a private neighborhood with easy access in getting there. Loved the decor and such a great openness floor plan with decks on every level. The game room was awesome. Also enjoyed having the hot tub. The cabin had everything a family needed and more. The owner was wonderful to work with. We would most definitely book this cabin again. We did see a mama bear with two cubs as we were leaving the cabin one day at bottom of hill. Such a joy to see. We also saw another bear passing thru by the cabin and a fox. We appreciate the owner sharing their beautiful cabin with us.

Cozy, Relaxing, Convenient

The cabin was absolutely beautiful! So clean and cozy! We enjoyed our stay very much! So nice for everyone to have their own bedroom with full bathroom. The downstairs pool table with arcade was a lot of fun as well as the hot tub. The timers on all 3 fireplaces was so easy to use. Cabin was very well stocked. We loved being so conveniently close to everything! We look forward to coming back in the very near future. Thank you for sharing your little piece of Heaven with our family.

Beautiful Cabin in the woods

This cabin is perfect, with a bedroom and bathroom on every level. The lower level pool table and arcade game was so much fun! We were so close to the arts & crafts district, and to downtown. Coffee on the balcony in the mornings was also a favorite, with the outdoor fireplace. We will definitely book again.

Perfect girls weekend

We had an amazing weekend at Cozy Bear Cabin. It was absolutely perfect for our group of friends. We loved the fireplace on the deck. It was perfect to sit by on a cool evening! This cabin was probably the cleanest VRBO I’ve ever stayed in. I would not hesitate to stay here again in the future!

Wonderful cabin and close to amenities

The cabin is described very well in the listing. There is a bedroom and bathroom on each floor. The kitchen is on the small side but still met our needs. The cabin was very clean and the kids had fun in the game room. It is in a nice neighborhood and close to downtown (10 minute drive). If you are wanting a more mountain feel with views, this would not be the one for you.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We fell in love with this particular cabin right as we walked onto the wrap around deck with fireplace, and through the front door! The living room is full of windows that show off the beautiful woods of the Smokey Mountains! It is open, and spacious! It has 3 stone gas fire places, adding to the already warm and cozy feel of the cabin. Sit in the hot tub on the deck with a glass of wine and forget all your cares for a bit! It is the perfect setting to relax! There are no steep hills to get to our cabin!
