As the place and location was great we did however have a few problems first the pool was not heated second the elevator did not work for a full day we had problems with the management to get it fixed some in my group we not able to take the stairs for the four floors down in had the impression that the janitor tough we were complainers other than that it was good

It was just what we needed for our week long getaway with 3 adults and 2 children. Great location right off of the main drag. The twin beds in the one bedroom was perfect so our boys didn’t have to share. The view was so pretty of the mountains, just very peaceful. Only downfall was the mattresses are very old and springy, could use an upgrade on those. Only other thing, and not necessarily in the hosts control is the indoor pool looked green and the hot tub controls didn’t work all of the time either. Definitely would stay here again!

Only problem was getting in the door, could have been a little clearer on putting code in door, but everything else is great. Pool a little cloudy but to be expected with heat and heavy use. Great property, we will be back!

Outdoor was not open and indoor pool water was dirty and pool area unkept. Only stayed at this place for the pool for the kids and was unable to enjoy during our stay. Was not compensated. Unable to speak with host in a timely manner and managed by company not an individual. Terrible communication. Also, TV was not working. All around awful experience.

This place was wonderful! Great location! Plenty of room and pools and playground were perfect for kids! Property and grounds were super clean And well maintained. We have stayed in many places (cabins, chalets, and hotels) in this area over the years and we all agree. This is our favorite!!!
