Welcome!

We hope you love our new open floorplan; living room ready for family games, movie night, or cozying up with a book; our backyard oasis with a putting green, hot tub, pool, lounge chairs, fire pit, and grill. We love this area, and guests are set up to explore with complimentary hiking packs, golf clubs, and bicycles. Close to Shadow Mountain hiking, Indian Bend Wash pathway a block away, and Downtown Phoenix!

Newly renovated and updated house, new flooring throughout, updated kitchen, with a private backyard oasis! Our home is an open floor plan, single level with single steps up/down to other areas of the house. We also have ample additional pantry storage in the laundry room, with a full-size additional fridge.

Each room has a workspace or vanity, and we have additional office equipment available for folks who might need to work from our home. Many great places to hang out, relax, read a book, or play a game!

Guests may exit from either side gate (locking it behind you) or garage (closing it behind you but will have access codes to the front door only.

There is an outdoor storage shed in the RV park area with outdoor games, and there is an outdoor storage shed in the alley by the outdoor shower with pool floats and pool noodles.

Guests will have the entire house and all amenities, the entire property is private.

This location is an authorized rental property (registration #2021-1004) within the City of Phoenix and with the Arizona Department of Revenue (TPT license #21403099).

Great house in safe neighborhood

My sisters and I had a great vacation stay at this house. The neighborhood is safe and quiet and close to shopping and restaurants. Fun outdoor activities.

would only have 2 small negitives --1. the pool cleaner walked right into backyard on our 1st morning --no knock, no nothing -- just was there -- 2. some soft towels would be nice.everything else was perfect

Great for groups

This was a fantastic place for a group the outdoor space had plenty of room for a group the kitchen was great for cooking with others. Great dining table and bar spaces. I will definitely try this place again

Girls trip!

We all enjoyed our stay at this property. The pool was very nice to dip into and cool off. Nice quiet neighborhood! The house had everything we needed to stay for the week and the games were a nice plus. Would definitely stay here again when we come back.

Very darling home and setting and boy these guys have thought of everything. You will be so comfortable here and never want to leave. Hosts were very helpful, easy to contact and kind. Quiet neighborhood with amazing backyard and lots of things to do.

Family Christmas Getaway

From beginning to end, this was a perfect stay! It was so easy to book and communicate with the owner. The property was not only as advertised and had plenty of pictures...it was even better. It is the perfect spot with a family group with plenty of places to sleep, hang out, and gather in the kitchen and dining room. It also had everything we needed and more! The property was also well located! We would most definitely stay again!

Great house! All the fun activities in the yard! Used the grill it was hot and worked well. Mattress were comfortable. Plenty of space for relaxing. Kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. The host was very prompt to respond to all our needs and questions. Would stay again!

Nice property for the price

Property functions the way it’s listed, but it wasn’t quite what pictures lead us to expect. Pool and hot tub hadn’t been cleaned, yard hasn’t been cleared of leaves and dog waste. The inside of house had everything listed, but I also feel it could’ve been cleaned better too.

BEST VRBO EXPERIENCE EVER

This place and the hosts were seriously the greatest. It is so much bigger than it looks. The hosts went above and beyond for us and everyone in the community and entire city we’re so nice. Golf clubs and bikes were provided and so useful. But honestly we didn’t want to leave the house because there was so much to do and so much space and we just couldn’t have dreamt of a better experience and time. Close to everything Ubers were so cheap and it took 15 minutes to get to the airport and back. Seriously considering to changing my bachelor party location just so we can come back to this place!

House was spotless and comfortable

The only reason I am not giving a 5 star is because of the check in. We ubered to the house and could not get in. It was 112 degrees outside so we had my brother come get us and take us to his house which was half an hour away so we did not get into the house before 8pm. That is not right. But the house was lovely.

Wonderful

My girlfriends and I did a girls trip we wanted something private with everything we’d need for a relaxing time and this place did not disappoint! The home is easy to find, we drove in (12 hrs) and it was very easy just barely off the highway. The house was clean and spacious. The bathroom in the front hall had a bidet cool/heated which we just love! The kitchen has absolutely everything you can think of and then more! The little touches in the home were wonderful board games a cute liquor set up comfy couch just to name a few inside! When you go out back it’s a heavenly retreat! Very private, hot tub and pool were amazing we didn’t use the fire pit but it is there! Outdoor dining, pool floaties and lounge chairs. The pool goes pretty deep! Excellent lighting all around the house which helped us feel safe. Washer and dryer are in good condition, there are four bikes just as listed a workout area in the garage and yoga which we loved! Bike pumps if you need it and a lively guitar if you happen to play. All around wonderful place we only left once to go to the grocery store. They have a binder explaining everything even how to work the fire pit and hot tub! We drank a little too much and had a mobile OV Nurse come to the house to perk us up so good location for that. The beds were nice and new, a little too firm for my liking but I am a picky sleeper lol I like to be on clouds! Whenever I needed to get ahold of the host he was very kind & responded quickly thanks for havin us!!
