Experience resort living in this newly renovated three bedroom Scottsdale home with Large backyard, pool oasis. Home features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an entertainers kitchen and backyard. Intimate dining room and more. Hot tub use is optional by added fee. Pool use at no charge. Option to heat pool by added fee

The Space:
The home features three bedrooms; Master has a king bed. Two guest rooms with queen beds. A Queen pullout bed in the living room. There is an intimate dining room. The property is completely private with perimeter wall and is not shared.

Guest Access:
Guest will be given door code 24 hours prior to arrival and is self check in

The Neighborhood:
This gorgeous home is within miles to: Casinos ,Golf Courses,Mountain hiking, Old town Scottsdale. Kierland and Scottsdale Quarter shopping. Shopping and dining at Desert Ridge, Shopping and dining at Fashion Square mall. Grocery Stores. Westworld. 15 minutes from Sky Harbor and Downton Phoenix

Scottsdale Oasis!

The Rental home was very relaxing, clean and inviting. Paul and Kaitlan was very responsive and quick with accommodating us during our stay. Everything was perfect! We truly enjoyed our time in Scottsdale!

Immaculate and comfy

This home is so clean, inviting and comfortable. Although it is near a very busy street we never heard street noise. The hosts were very nice and responsive to all my questions and requests within minutes. The backyard is wonderful! The pool and hottub were fantastic and it even had a putting green. Location is very close to tons of shopping and restaurants. I’ve added it as a favorite and will look to stay there very time I am in the area, which can be frequent. Highly recommended!!

Great Place

Very nice home! We were here for bike week. Perfect location, enough room for my 20’ trailer and truck, full access to the garage to park out bikes. Excellent communication and very quick and friendly responses.Highly recommend.

Comfortable Home

We were in town for a family baby shower. The party was 2 blocks from the rental house. Perfect location with shopping, restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Easy drive to the airport. Great parking and good communication with the host. Pool and hot tub available. Great backyard with nice patio furniture and mini putting green. Would stay again. Just like being home.

Very nice Scottsdale home

The house beautiful, well kept and stocked for a great vacation rental. We were there to celebrate Mom’s 91st birthday and we all enjoyed the time and house. Great Scottsdale location close to everything. We would stay again if in the area.

Beautiful home. Exactly as described. Very clean and kitchen very well stocked. Great communication with the host. Great location near Paradise Valley mall with lots of different places to eat. Will definitely be back.

Fun in the sun

Excellent property. Great location near everything! . Very nice pool. They had trouble with the hottub during our stay so we just had the heating fees refunded. Great communication throughout the issue. Highly recommend this property.

Lovely and comfortable home

We very much enjoyed our stay at this property. The house faces a very busy street but we didn't have problems sleeping. We walked around the neighborhood each day with our dogs and it's a very safe and lovely area. All of the appliances and upgrades are very nice and the backyard is peaceful and good sized. The communication with management was top notch and we had a lot of communication with them! The hot tub was not working but they issued us a refund since we had specifically paid to use it. It's old and needs to be replaced all together in my opinion. But like I said, it was nice to have quick responses from management and immediate solutions offered. They even came out the first night when the TV wasn't working and fixed us right up with a new cable receiver! Overall we were so comfortable here and our doggies loved the backyard!

Stay here. You won’t regret it!

Reserved one day prior to arrival. The house was clean, cool and fresh. Kitchen is well accommodated. Yard is comfortable. Garage was a great plus for us. If we were to come back to Scottsdale I would stay here guaranteed. I would also feel comfortable recommending this VRBO. Thank you for the hospitality

Grate location & Beautiful Home - Spacious

We rented this property for our family to stay at and it was more than welcoming and spacious, There was plenty of room for our other family members in town to come visit and Bbq and swim in the Entertaining style back yard. Kids loved the Putting green and pool . The home itself allowed us to all have our own areas to hang out in , whether we wanted to visit with family in the living room area , play some cards at the dining room table or Cook up some drinks and food in the open kitchen area. We would 100% book this home again.

Anniversary getaway

We had a great time using the pool. We love to swim and were able to grill and watch movies. On two nights we went out to dinner and a cigar lounge. So relaxing. Hate to leave!

We initially had a major hiccup when we arrived. The property had not been serviced after the previous occupants left. We were able to make contact with the host amd the co-host and they were agreeable with a resolution. Would definitely stay here again.

It was a great place to spend a week in Phoenix/Scottsdale

The house was very clean and large. Attached garage made accessing car easier when unloading. Dog friendly which was excellent. Very nice backyard.

Cactus House - good experience

Some friends were visiting from out-of-town and this house was the perfect fit for our group. Nice, clean, roomy and clear direction on the simple rules of the house. Loved the location as well.
