Il est à distance de marche de la Marina Virginia Dare où vous pouvez manger le bord du lac au bar Portside et grill ou sortir pour un dîner-croisière. Seulement 10 minutes à une grande épicerie et State Park. Marqueur de mile R21 vous permet d'obtenir le barrage ou le pont en quelques minutes. Il ya plusieurs restaurants qui sont à moins de dix minutes en voiture ou en bateau. Quartier très calme idéale pour la marche.

The view of the was beautiful, and the access to lake was great. The house was very comfortable and well appointed. We would definitely recommend it!

The home was beautiful and relaxing with a beautiful view of the lake. The host was wonderful to deal with and ensured we had everything we needed for our stay. Our stay was nearly 3 months and we are already looking at potential times to come back for another week to unwind and re-energize.

The house was beautiful and provides a great view and access to the lake. The host Vicki was very gracious and responsive to any questions I had. I would highly recommend this home and may look to rent again for the relaxing and warm environment.

Perfect Weekend Getaway

My family had an amazing stay here over Memorial Day weekend. This home has the most amazing view of the lake. My family spent most of our time fishing and swimming from the dock. The home was spacious, the beds were very comfortable, and the host's communication was fantastic. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

July lake vacation

Great location on a really nice cove. The dock is perfect for hanging out and swimming. The covered area is especially nice to get a break from the sun and play cards. The house has everything needed for a relaxing lake vacation.

The home was exactly as pictured and with a few added perks. Great location, large/comfortable rooms, all amenities needed for a weekly stay. The 2-level dock was great! Appreciate the pet friendly accommodations also. Will certainly stay again!

Family vacation

Awesome property! A little older but very homey! Neighborhood very quiet. Great location on the lake and nice dock and sun deck! Our family enjoyed this location VERY much! We love SML and would definitely book this house again! Vicki was very helpful and responded quickly.

Awesome Locat

This was a very cozy house with beautiful landscaping, view and boat dock. Only downside was you had to bring your own linens and towels and do some light cleaning of the counters/refrigerator before leaving, but it is totally worth it. We were able to kayak to the state park.from the house. Nice coves for paddle boarding.

Pros: Beautiful lake views; well-kept landscape; fantastic dock; clean home (with exception of fridge) Cons: no WiFi; kitchen is very small; limited space for preparing food; no pantry for storing food. Would recommend this home!
